I liked it when SpeedTV's Peter Windsor interviewed Lewis after his retirement and told him that it was his first retirement for mechanical reasons. Lewis replied "then I can't complain, really, and that's why I'm smiling"... Whatever you think about the guy, he's having fun, and isn't it what really matters?

Agree with sodesu... It would have shown the in season testing ban for what it is... a real shame... at least for aspiring drivers... would have loved to have seen him in a third toro rosso on a Friday though... I liked that format of having a third car for testing a few years back... In any case, I wouldn't mind seeing Seb race even for USF1 or any other back marker team next year as long as he gets to test all winter... Seeing the times he did in the Red Bull last year, he would not be far from his teammate and maybe even in front and that would be all that would matter. If he could beat his teammate, even in a crappy car, I think he would interest a better team for the following year...

Glad to see Montreal back on the Calendar. Now how about a race in the US as well? (please not at Indy though) In any case, I thought Spa was out because of neighbor complaints and a judgement ruling that they couldn't race on Spa until 2017 or something... I hope it's on, as it is BY FAR the best track out there...

I would love to see him in F1, but I really hope he doesn't do the Abu Dhabi GP. I hope he does F1 after a full winter of testing. Doing Abu Dhabi after one GP2 test would destroy his reputation. Badoer couldn't do it. Grosjean can't do it. Kobayashi this weekend won't be able to do it... And they've got serious single seater experience...

I would actually love for Seb to win a 6th crown and move on to F1, honestly... He can't be as bad as Alguersuari, can he? Obviously, I hope he doesn't do Abu Dhabi in November, as he could NOT do any testing and would therefore look like an ass... I hope he signs for a full season and gets lots of testing over the winter and then shows us what he can REALLY do in a single seater...
