Brawn should think himself lucky the FIA rejected the case from 7 F1 teams in his favour that the DD Diffuser was legal. Normally when a team or a minority of teams find a loophole the design is rejected by FIA. Eg Flex floors/wings etc The general opinion at the time was that FIA leaned towards Brawn to help save the team and employees jobs. There was a lot of pressure on FIA from fans to lean towards Brawn. I was one of Brawns big supporters but he has lost me by his selfish attitude

Does not seem Koba has got a drive yet but no doubt he will get one. Renault is yet to announce the second driver. Seems Renault are waiting for Flavs courtcase next Tuesday 24. If Renault pull out completly I think Mercedes will take on Kubica cheaply

Mercedes has denied the report (See GP Update) But would anybody really believe the denial is rock solid. They said they really wanted Jenson and annoyed by his decision now they are saying they are not in a hurry to replace him.

The Brawn GP WDC WCC has certainaly gone to Ross's head and seems he is giving Jenson and Rubes very little credit for the success. He is now saying he is not in a hurry to replace Jenson like it does not really matter who replaces him. I can also see Mercedes Benz GP having a disappointing 2010.

"Shooy's contract with Reds was already signed. And it basicly covers his ability to devlolpe road cars" He would have been given that job because Alonso would not want him at the Ferrari F1 team garage. But that's not where his heart would want to be. Ferrari would let him go if he wanted to persue a more exciting challenge. His used by date is up at Ferrari and only loyalty keeping him there. BA
