F1 » Mercedes prepare F1 offer for Schumacher

NOBODY KNOWS the troubles I've seen, NOBODY KNOWS but Shooey. And he is being all-full quiet.. Speculation is what Crash loves, keeps the threads alive and advertisers happy. And again, why does everyone love Nico so much? And now everyone is worried about his 'proper' place as number one driver at Merk. If he is all you believe he is, will have no trouble beating a 40 year old driver out of the racing for 3 years. Remember that years ago racing pundits said Shooey was too tall to race F1. Perhaps Nico is too pretty.

F1 » 2010 F1 calendar finalised

I heard talk from you fellows all season about Brands Hatch-tough nuts. We in America have NO race due to BE's greed. Agree mostly with Andy except for Monaco--it is a mean race and next year with no refueling look for accidents as they scramble to save tires. However, all of this flying about 'is' going to be costly in particular to the new teams. Just hate Abu-die having the last race--boo BE. Last race should be Brazil or at Imola not in a sand country the size of Rhode Island.

F1 » Ferrari: Alonso 'better' than Raikkonen, 'similar to Schumi'

wow, good words for Kimi-cool. See none for Alonso, typical. You guys are still mad about spygate I suppose. Someone even posted that Alonso is not a good driver. Huh? Two world championships and he sucks as a driver? Any driver that could beat Shooey 2 years running is a great driver. Just hope that the Reds come up better this next season, the last one was pitiful. And Brawn has to start all over again. Should be an intersting season with all the newbes.

F1 » Renault will continue in F1, says Ecclestone

Richard Used to get top gear here along with 5th gear I believe. The only reason I mentioned Shell was due to their additives making it easier to upkeep the engine. Injectors cleap kleen, etc. Best gasoline in America. Have 116,000 miles on the 2001 Celica and 48,000 thousand on the Corvette--not a hippcup and no additives on either. And, sorry, Skoda in F1 would be silly. How about a totally Russian F1 team running merks? Hey, whatever adds to the grid, right?

F1 » Renault will continue in F1, says Ecclestone

Good ole Alan picking a fight again, Skoda in F1? I support the Reds because I have owned several of their "USED" autos. Also use Shell gasoline. Has nothing to do with wealth, just prudence since they can be sold without a loss--same goes for Corvette, and many others. Keep your Skoda's in Europe please, they are butt ugly as most American cars are today. My MG was a 1976 burnt orange miget 4 speed. Rewired most of it except for the tailights and other simple Lucas stuff. Mallory ignitions work great

F1 » Renault will continue in F1, says Ecclestone

richard, glad you are still hanging, however, MCL IS an auto manufacturer, due to the old F1 and the new one comming next. Sure, they do contract work as do all manufacturers. Porche anyone? Engine sourcing is rapid these days as are most drive-train products. At least they (MCL) are not front wheel drive. I wonder how many MCL supporters here actually can afford a road car made by McLaren? Still wonder if Hammy has one. Heck, I can buy a good used 308 Ferrari for 18 grand. A used MCL F1 goes over 1 million bucks. However, I will keep the Coevette and Toyota Celica for now. Sold the MG yesterday.

F1 » Renault will continue in F1, says Ecclestone

I see nothing has changed in the 2 weeks I took off from this thread. Folks, MCL is not an independent, it manufactures automobiles. And what is wrong with Renualt staying in the series? Granted, they are not British in origin, but do add to the sport. Should ALL non British teams then leave? You fellows are getting too full of yourselves in my humble opinion. Who cares about who bought out and so on. F1 history is a non character at this point due to BE's control. And you All parady him time and again. I realize I am nothing but a crummy American to you but you sooner or later must open your eyes. BE is British-right?

F1 » Verstappen: Schumacher return would boost F1

Tell you what andrew, they sure as heck "hit and ran" on Danica awhile back. Did not do Mr Button any good either. Now Shooy's turn. And the folks peeing away have not the guts, (not "talent"), to compete in the above manner. Racing is not talent people, it is an aquired skill, as is retort. Learn one or the other or shut up and quit driving or both. Pitiful bunch

F1 » Schumacher Mercedes F1 move 'is going to happen'

All done following this. Shooy's contract with Reds was already signed. And it basicly covers his ability to devlolpe road cars, their bread and butter. How many British manufatures are left whose bread and butter is selling road cars? Now Eddie has had his laugh and that is about all he is good for these days. Should Shooy ever return to F1 it would be with the Reds. Personaly would like to see hime at Mcl, that would really mix your brains--cheer or not, go or not, etc. You guys are getting way too easy. Nite
