F1 » POLL: Who will be F1 2010 World Champion?

I am sorry all but I believe that asking who the champ will be, even before the first race, is silly at this point. Perhaps after a few races in 'race trim' and some quallys, we will have an idea. Too many varibles at this point and test times are generally overrated. Just another Crash-bash to receive hits. Wonder how many hits the grid girls get?

F1 » Ferrari blasts Stefan GP 'vultures', Mosley's 'holy war'

JIM-Jr. has not been anything since his daddy's setup quit working when tracks were repaved, etc. Nothing more than a mid-pac driver and would not last 2 minutes in F1. His money comes from T Shirts and other junk. Once his business of selling junk goes away Good riddince. Maby Montoya will win the big prize this year. That would be semi-cool, since it is only a spec series.

Wanted to stay away from this thread, but I warned you guys 2 years ago that this would sooner or later turn into a spec series. Just look at this year's entries. Look at the engines-or trannys. All the same horses, all the same ****s running FIA. 4 manufactures gone in 2 years, and now a bunch of 'whatevers' on the grid. Sort of like Indy Car isn't it? And you guys ought to know since some 8 drivers in IndyCar are Brits, or maby more at this point. And Rob- if and when Ferrari leaves the sport it will never ever be the same.

F1 » USF1: Talk of 'death' premature

As several of you are, I am waiting for some official announcement from USF1 and not nessessarly Windy. A man like Andretti, who is much respected, would have cleaned this by now with driver comments, etc. Apparently work is proceeding regardless of Crash's "reporting?" Rumor and gossip to this point except for the sale of the shop and a failure to test by now. Perhaps F1 should consider part time teams as do most other motorsports. Would liven it up for sure. Just a thought

F1 » USF1: Talk of 'death' premature

It is a sad day in racing when the majority of posters are rooting for the failure of a team regardless of location and before the first race. What do you think the Serbs can do with a Toyota that has been uncompetitive for years? Your current British hero Button can tell you all about Toyota race cars..Adios

F1 » YouTube to swap USF1 for Campos?

Treetop--good post, however, only Ford has the 'maybe' money to do it and are not about to with current conditions here in the States. And they have NO engine program even close to F1 motors. And, I never understood why a US team would hire a Brit to run it all. Rahal or Andretti would be much more current with open wheel actual racing and with experence in Europe-plus being Americans. IE, rally round the flag stuff. I am dis-harted and dissapointed. Sad day for me and many others is all this is true.

This truly saddens me. A US team is needed wherever they are based. No Canada team, no Brazil team, etc. Why must all teams in this top sport be from England except RedGuys? If these reports are true many US fans, such as I, may tune out, this dropping revenue for F1. Guess I will now skip Canada and so wanted to go. - Have you seen their ticket prices?
