F1 » Who would have shone in F1 2010 under old points systems?

@ Daytona That's because Heidfeld is a hell of a lot better driver than quite a few of the guys who raced this season, doesn't matter what points system is being used. @ James M Vettel will obviously have more points in a season than Fangio, because there are so many more races now! Hopefully, when F1 statistics are compiled from now on, they will take into account the change in the points system, and have pre-2010 stats, or yes it will make a mockery of the 'most points scored' table.

F1 » Hispania up for sale?

@ Rob. You're wrong. If you buy HRT you're not 'in', you have a grid spot and an engine.......but no car! Plus, f*** all money, no drivers, no sponsors etc. Not really a very desirable purchase, unless you are the idiots behind USF1 or Stefan GP, who think it all comes together by magic. A grid spot is worth nothing if you don't have a car.

F1 » Hispania up for sale?

I was going to post that they were the worst F1 team since Andrea Moda, but that wouldn't be true. They actually turned up and raced at every event, when they weren't given a cat in hell's chance of surviving the year, so you have to give them credit for that. Hiring Kolles was a huge mistake, the driver rotation policy was a joke, and the car was a total dog. But they survived their first season, and it would be a shame to see them go. Whatever you think of them, they were a million times better at this sport than USF1.

F1 » Horner: 'Awesome' Webber 'a big part' of RBR glory

Helluva lot of Webber bashing on here. Is it the 'in thing' all of a sudden? Horner/Marko etc all plainly wanted Vettel to be WDC rather than Webber. They didn't even try very hard to hide it. So how is that supporting both drivers equally? It isn't. Webber did a fantastic job in a team where the management were not supporting him at all. Why do you all find that so hard to understand?
