MotoGP » Rossi: We’ll continue with conventional fuel tank

Some of the same people that lambast Lorenzo for his runaway race wins are praising Rossi for essentially doing the same. Credit should be given when it is due. Unless, of course, personal feelings get in the way... Anyway, this season is going to be all over the place. The first 4 rounds have already proven that. I have a feeling not one rider will dominate. Marc is the only alien that hasn't crashed as of yet. I think he's going to pull a 2015 Rossi and just rack up points and walk away with the title. If he learned anything from Rossi's mistakes last year, he'll probably not start a shyt show with another rider. Also, I think Lorenzo and Rossi are going to be at each other's throats all season long - to the detriment of both. Lorenzo has nothing to lose, he's gone any how. And you better believe Rossi will not allow himself to be shat on by an exiting rival/teammate. Poor Pedro and Andreas. Why can't they take that extra half-step and be in the thick of it all?

MotoGP » Nicky Hayden’s team-mates - who impressed most?

In 2010 Casey struggled with the Ducati, he finally managed to win in race 13. After 12 races he had amassed 130 points. In 2011 Rossi took over and after 12 races had amassed 124 points. When you consider how Honda and Yamaha improved for that year then Rossi did OK.
After 12 races? What an arbitrary point to pick in a season. You might as well have picked the first race of each respective season where stoner DNF'd and Rossi finished 10th. The truth is that stoner had 3 wins in 2010 and Rossi had none in 2012. Also, stoner finished higher. Even up to the 12th race, stoner had more points with 3 DNFs compared to Rossi's one. Sure, maybe he did "ok" as you put it, but he did piss-poor in regards to the jabs he took at Casey's expense (i.e. Not riding the Ducati at the limit).

MotoGP » Stoner’s Ducati return set for January 30

yash: Ducati hold him in high regard! Let's see how long that lasts... Watching him on track... Also will be interesting to see how Marquez treats him, if he gets a wild card! And Rossi will be there too! Hahaha! Too much fun! Bring it on!
I'm not convinced he'd be quick enough to bother the top 4 anyway! MM brought a whole new level of speed to the premier class and only a few have adapted enough to keep up, CS has been gone too long and he'll be on the wrong bike.
Absolutely, and I think Honda could see this when he was testing doing race simulations and flying laps.......hence the reason they didn't want him to wildcard and create a media disaster for them and himself......... Him and Ducati will fall out again, I'll put money on it.........
That's quite a story there!
