MotoGP » VOTE! Your 2015 MotoGP Star of the Year

OK but why is it acceptable to you that Marc is allowed to slam into Rossi on 3 separate occasions ? I avoid taking sides although I have noticed that it is the anti-Rossi 'fans' that keep the pot boiling.
Personally, I never thought it was okay the way Marc rode aggressively. However, a precedent was set by MotoGP after Marc slammed into Jorge way back in 2013 or so at the last corner. Rossi probably thought it was funny happening to Jorge. A lot of Rossi fans were slowly morphing into Marquez fans (Realist, cough cough), so it seemed all good to everyone. As soon as it happens to Rossi, fanatics start crying bloody murder. And enough of this "anti-fan" nonsense. Rossi is a ****, doesn't make a person an anti-fan for not worshipping him. Sheesh!

MotoGP » Rossi, Marquez are 'warriors' - Zarco

2725: Rossi just lost the plot. After the race in Aragon he asked Pedrosa why he fought so hard to beat him. As if it was unusual for someone like Pedrosa to try and achieve the best result that he could for himself. In Philip Island, he accused Marquez of helping Lorenzo. Why would Marquez bother to win the race then. After the race he asked Iannone why he had raced so hard to beat him again as if it was unusual for a competitor to try and beat him. Sepang was when he truly blew it though, he was asking for Marquez to react by goading him in the Thursday press conference and I wasn't surprised by what Marquez did one bit. He lost the championship by himself and that was probably his best chance to get one more. How sad. Not.
Spot on. 100%

MotoGP » Official: Casey Stoner returns to Ducati

DB8: However, the Ducati got progressively worse when he was on it. And even though Honda love him, for obvious reasons, the bike was pretty crap at the start of this year, when he was their test rider
You know, it wasn't really so much the Ducati getting progressively worse as it was the other factories making enormous headway after his title in 2007. Also, after Bridgestone became the sole supplier, they effectively stopped giving Ducati custom tires which was a huge handicap for them.

MotoGP » Casey Stoner to test for Ducati?

PatrickD: How bad was it? Capirossi won on it, Hayden got a dry podium at Aragon..Have you compared with a customer Honda, for instance?
Most people considered the old Ducati a POS based on the fact that nobody really did anything with it except for Stoner (although, Capirossi had a few good races in 2006). I guess you could say it was a POS using that logic. No other GP bike in recent years has this kind of history. In my opinion, it just underlines and highlights Casey's talents even more. How he could ride that thing and make it look amazing whereas everyone else stumbled all over themselves was truly a sight to behold. I mean, Rossi and his team couldn't even get anywhere near Casey's results. That speaks volumes in many different ways. So was it a POS? I guess you could say that in terms of overall rider results, relative to the RCs and M1s. And I don't think you can compare a CUSTOMER spec bike to a full-blown factory GP bike. Apples, oranges, etc.

MotoGP » Lorenzo: Anything can happen, Rossi can win

Ausrossi: RaceFan Jorge made no mistake at Sepang, that is why he should not have involved himself in proceedings. Jorge involved himself in both RD and CAS purely to ensure Rossi started at the back of the grid or worse. Jorge is one of those people like MM who will take a WC no matter how tarnished. Without the work of MM Rossi would be taking the title at Valencia and even if you discount PI in Sepang the approach was clear. Hopefully there is karma because there are two people who need to reap what they sow.
You're right about Karma, which is possibly why Rossi is getting his this season. Cheers!

MotoGP » Honda: Data shows Rossi 'kick' on Marquez

MarCulo: @geoffrey.spears.52, I'm not going to reply to your baits anymore. You're comments tire me because they're long winded nonsense words and a bunch of gibberish block of text. Not going to be dragged. Rude this polite this civil that, go play golf!
I regret that my literacy makes you feel inadequate or that my manners make you feel poorly bred. I'm just expressing my opinions as clearly and as intelligibly as I always do. Certainly no one has been forcing you to read them or engage in debate with me. If you don't feel up to either, simply discontinue either or both.
I like the cut of your jib, matey!
