F1 » Axed Caterham staff to sue new team owners

All these f1 teams have HR departments, and every single employee of every team will have a contract with some form of notice period. Upper management and anyone with direct access to data within the team will have a minimum of 6 months notice while other employees will normally serve 3 months. Therefore these employees have been made redundant meaning they should get paid their full notice period. The way they are handling this issue I can see Caterham being in big trouble.

Cubikrube: Rbr46, keep hoping, 70 million 3 year extension to his current contract already on the table...been in other media for days and quotes from Toto, not just Lewis seems to me to be a done deal.....even if it was The Sun that broke it(you have no idea how much it pains me to credit that nasty Murdoch rag lol)
Fair enough, as Nico says there is always 2018.

rbr46: LOL Are you big BS fans or something? Removing my comment that tells the truth about BS clearly touched a nerve with one your mods. The truth hurts.
I think if you class Bradley Smith, a rider that can finish in the top 10 of the best motorcycle championship in the world, as an embarrassment to the UK then you live a very blinkered life.
Top 10 is not good enough with the bike he has.
