F1 » van der Garde wins court battle over Sauber drive

rbr46: Has VDG thought about the possibility of Sauber's future being jeopardised if he were to race? Then he is back to square 1, looking for a drive. No way will he be driving this weekend.
Give me 1 single reason why VDG should have any obligation, moral or otherwise, to put the teams interest over that of his own after the team screwed him over despite having a contract? It's about time a driver has the balls to stand up and force a team in F1 to open their eyes and make them realize a contract is a contract, not some worthless piece of paper filled with good intentions.
You didn't get my point. What I'm saying is that if Sauber were to go bankrupt as a result of this then he wont have a drive, therefore what is the point of this? He is fighting for a drive and of course he should fight for his own interests. Yes contracts shouldn't be broken.
