Taz: Careful now, best not express an opinion without Sunny & Richard approving the post 1st....
Taz, What sort of remark is that? I don’t like underhand remarks, I for one doesn’t mind others not agreeing with me as long as the disagreeing is kept at a reasonable level, but as you for sure know, on the other hand, I am man enough to handle any situation.

They, the folks you are addressing were expecting what they have constantly been feed by the media they so much depend on to form an opinion. Those that could form their opinion without being influenced by such media said that Volkswagen will not enter F1 (such as Richard) were voted down without being argued with. Peach is a man of principles and as such in what he does and believes in he doesn’t go looking for allies, (Ross Brawn is a pure example), Winterkorn went looking for and got all the allies he needed behind him, but he knows that allies (like the workforce unions) can be lost much faster than getting them lined-up behind him. Volkwagen is a car giant but they have the weakest profits of the big car makers.

He he he si si si so so so, If Mr F1 reads this thread he will get you into his Logistics planning team. Condensing the season means more back to back races which will reduce transportation costs, a significant number of the race weekends team personal travelled back to Europe following the Melbourne and Malaysian events, only to return a few days later to Asia.

rob01: F1 was Never to be a level playing field. Its the highest division in motorsports. Hence the designation F1. Everyone wanting entry knows this yet they gain admittance and start yelling for parity. There are many series where their current level of resources would fit in well. That is where they should spend their time and money.

goldenoldie: I still don't get it?I was under the impression that reliability issues with todays PU's, could be solved without using "tokens"? Can you clarify that to me ? Reliability issues can be solved, “If there is a reliability issue the manufacturer writes to the FIA specifying the fix it would like to carry out, the FIA if satisfied, writes to the other manufacturers requesting their permission and if approved permission is granted”. There will be some fixes needed which a manufacturer would be giving nothing away if others know what the request is all about, but there would be some fixes which if known by others a manufacturer would be giving away a lot. Since 2007 when FIA had frozen engine development and had to introduce this type of request in parallel there was no year like 2014/15 that the FIA have been totally inundated with such requests.

The RB6/7/8 and 9 chassis did flatter the engine no doubt about that, but the RB10 and the modified RB10 (called the RB11) certainly did not, in fact contrary to what RBR wanted to convey these two chassis contributed a hell of a lot to the engine problems. Spice boy and Newey admitted that the 2013 chase utilised resources that should have been allocated to developing the 2014 car. During winter testing 2015 Red Bull fooled a lot of people into thinking that they were hiding their developments by the use of their strange paint job, but facts now show that what they were hiding was the fact that the RB11 was nothing more than a modified RB10, they are now intending to introduce the true RB11 in Spain.
