F1 » Hamilton: There is always room for improvement

GokartMozart: Thanks 107SS2009 more of this and less ****e on this site would be a great improvement.
With the Lulu headline/subject which as I said “I see nothing wrong with and agree with” I could sense the usual bombardment of BS blabbing fanboyism going to happen, so I have done my best to divert the usual BS by going off topic with something interesting, I don’t mind the (I have no answer ball less disagrees) but still some sees fit to persist with their BS fanboyism, It is such behaviour that pushes others to react with the only behaviour these oneeyedfanboys understands and are interested in.

ghogmk2: Going by the number disagree's on logical statements, looks like there are 4RGT's on here right now!
And solely for the benefit of those four RGT’S rolled into one and or the four BALL LESS individuals. The latest re the over delayed Lulu contract, bad tongues are saying that Lulu will be the third best paid driver in FI. While before the season started the Marlboro man with tongue-in-check said that he will run to the Modena hills bare foot if there is a fourth win, he is now said to be preparing for the seventy kilometre run from Modena to Sestola.

Richard, You are correct in your explanation, (adjust suspension or change down force) both of which will drastically effect the balance of the car, it’s called, paying Peter to rob Paul. A team will statically balance the car by weight shifting permitted by the rules, (front/rear weight distribution) and then also by shifting aero down force, both of which has to be to the driver’s liking, it will be useless doing it to save tyres if the balance is not to the driver’s liking.

F1 » Mercedes to respond with aero developments

goldenoldie: The high temperatures were the same for all teams. Some anticipated all possible conditions in a a better way than Mercedes. IMHO If Lewis concentrates better to find solutions with the different responsables from his team, it might give a better result instead of accusations, finding excuses, negociations of his future contract (best paid sportsman of the UK) and showing his tattoos in public. For the sake of the sport, let's hope Mercedes finds the right approach again and can repulse in a sporty way. And as for wheel to wheel battles, luckily they are taken place at different levels in the rest of the field. Isn't it great to see how the holy spirit is back at Ferrari and how Toro Rosso works in a harmonious way? Just look at their actual achievements!
Goldie, Re Lulu's contract, the latest I hear is "he will be the third best payed driver in F1".

@Sunnty, Reading carefully your series of 4 postings and trying to understand exactly what you mean, will enable to get a better idea of what motorracing is really about. "The real passion"! If the necessary attention is not sufficient, people will be called "Stupid" like Franz Tost of Toro Rosso said recently. Oldie, Good that know that such information is appreciated, As I said, my intention was to share such information with fellow posters while killing the pain of waiting for China. There is a small “TIPO” on my part and on that part which you quoted, it should read (20kw/27-30bhp) and not (17-30bhp). Some time ago I did touched upon wastegate/s being opened and exhaust bypassed to tailpipe for less backpressure, but it wasn't given the attention it deserved. .

And in addition to my post/s about the two configurations/modes the PU is used during qualifying and the race with the resultant differences in power outputs. The information I have says that all four PU’S on the grid are just tipping the scales at a combined power output of over 800HP for 33.33 seconds per lap at a boost of 3bar and maximum fuel flow rate of 100kg/h at 10500RPM with wastegate/s opened, with the differences that two of them are being forced to run at much reduced output for various reliability reasons.
