MotoGP » San Marino MotoGP, Misano - Race results

There are some seriously delusional people on here!!! So Rossi is gonna kick ass in PI!? Ha ha ha!!! Where have you been this year, he's getting his ass handed to him on tracks that he likes and also has a great track record on!! I have never read or heard such blatant straw grasping and excuse making as I'm witnessing from some, not all, Valentino fans. Is it not possible to accept that it ain't happening this year for him and to give credit to whoever wins the frickin race? Well done to JL today, great ride. But realistically the championship is pretty much Caseys. Is that such a bitter pill to swallow?

MotoGP » Rossi buoyed by minor Brno breakthrough

@R6rider, I think you cannot compare times and speeds from one year to the next. These bikes are constantly being developed as are the Tyres and suspensions. Last years Ducati had the same front end issues because of the CF airbox. Yes Casey did bin it a few times last year but he also won races and got on the podium. Vale has been using the GP 11.1 which he said himself was a big improvement on the original bike but yet he still can't do what Casey did on it. Vale said at the start of the year that he wasn't willing to ride the bike in such a risky way to win races. I think his riding style is the only thing that hasn't been changed.....coincidence then that he hasn't won yet?

MotoGP » Stoner eager to claw back more ground in Spain

Why all the slagging off of the Spanish crowd? When I was in Barca in 09 the atmosphere was electric. People engaged us on the trains on the way to the track and were really friendly. During any race the only time the crowd were "non-partisan" was when Simo binned in coming into the stadium section. They still applauded him on the cool down lap though. Kinda made a change from getting abused in Donington in 08 when I cheered on Stoner for overtaking Rossi coming into the Foggy SS. I know which crowd I'd like to be sitting in.

MotoGP » Spanish MotoGP - Qualifying times

@Mike D Sorry but gotta agree with Nick 636 and Mad Aussie. I fully respect Vale and his past achievements but that's what they are, "past achievements". In boxing they say you are only as good as your last fight. Well I believe that's true of alot of sports including this one. It's starting to look like the guy at the bar that nobody wants to sit near because he's living in the past telling stories we've all heard a million times. It just gets annoying after a while and that's what's happening on here with The Vale saga. I've always been a Stoner fan but I want everybody at their best if I'm to part with my hard earned grade to go watch these guys. So you've got until Sachenring Vale cos that's where I'm goin this year!
