F1 » Vettel: Keeping morale important in team-mate choice

Harmony can not be imposed anywhere (it can be destroyed, however), usually and F1 make no exception. It is mainly about the two drivers : if they can be friends outside the track, that might be enough, then, to bring and keep harmony within the team. On the contrary : if they dislike each other as humans, I simply can't see how anyone from the staff could impose them any harmony on the track.
