MotoGP » MotoGP limits fuel pressure, confirms extra practice

Although the Moto2 class has been hugely entertaining in racing terms, by and large, it was always difficult for me personally to see how they came up with the formula. After all, if they were going to go to 250 singles to replace 125s, then surely 500cc twins would have made more sense with 1000 4s coming back too? Would have kept the factories' development costs down too, no? Or was using 600 control engines purely and simply the cheapest option?

MotoGP » MotoGP officials explain Tomizawa medical treatment

The statement is utter, utter tosh, a complete and utter whitewash. Even an idiot knows not to move a seriously injured person until you're sure what's wrong with them, surely someone at that marshall post must have known that?! As for not red flagging the race, well the button should have been pushed as soon as the riders hit the deck. I was screaming at the TV to stop the race and was dumbfounded when they didn't. BSB seem to manage these sort of incidents well, how come the mighty MotoGP can't? DORNA have enough bloody BMWs lying about, why not use one as a bloody safety car? I think it's up to the riders now to tell the authorities that this wasn't good enough, they should thank their lucky stars that it wasn't them who was involved. Disgraceful, end of.
