MotoGP » Ben Spies - Q&A

no racer willingly leaves a factory seat. He will go to WSBK and I think dominate again. WSBK however, is no MotoGP. I dont think you can say its the Rossi effect either. That series although popular is not where the best racers are. Look at how many more comments Motogp threads get on here.

MotoGP » Ben Spies to leave Yamaha MotoGP team

no, they didnt literally kick him out. He is still finishing with the team this year isn't he? Yamaha more than likely gave him an offer which they know would pale in comparison to what other teams could. He is left with no other choice than to jump ship at that point. Due to him still being a contracted factory rider, he cannot discuss it. Rather simple. Like I said, we'll find out after his contract runs out. The truth always finds a way.

MotoGP » Lorenzo to Ben Spies: Stay calm and focused

ben lately comes off as a guy who does not seem to care that he is sucking as bad as he is. He's always seemed to be like that with his deadpan looks and that slow drawl of his. I want to see him up his game and bring the crazy. If not for himself, at least for Yamaha cause they have invested a lot into him. JLo will also need help cause dani and casey will be hounding him the rest of the season.
