MotoGP » Title favourite Marquez in command

Here is what is special about Marquez apart from his riding skills of course: he is always smiling but he isn't as innocent as people make him out to be. After he was told about the DQ in Philip Island, he had his chest protector in his hand and slammed it on the floor and walked away from the camera. This stems from his competitiveness, which is great. So the kid has been taught the ropes very well. If he can be less of a threat to the safety of others and still ride aggressively, like Rossi in his prime, he will be a legend.

WSBK » Laverty: Melandri is a dirty rider…

I like Sykes, Laverty, Gunitoli and Melandri. I always wanted one of them to win the title with precedence to Melandri because I have always enjoyed watching him in MotoGP and know that he is very talented. I wouldn't call him a dirty rider, a lot of his passes are clean and calculated. But it's like a switch turns on in his head at times forcing stupid decisions to overtake in a dirty way. I'm upset at him for that pass on Eugene. Uncalled for, because he could have done it so differently without costing both of them time and reducing the element of danger. That was a dirty pass, and he deserved to be victimized like that by Eugene and lose first place.

MotoGP » Marc Marquez explains Phillip Island black flag

Racecrafter, you are deluded. Chin up? More like chin down after such an embarassing mistake from his team. Some slaps should have been given out after the outrageous and ridiculous manner in which he joined after his pit exit, trying to cut into Jorge's line like that could have killed the both of them. Especially with his cold tyres. I love Marquez but there is a difference between aggressive and plain life threatening. That was retarded and potentially fatal.

MotoGP » Andrea Dovizioso - Q&A

I really like Dovi, ever since his rookie season, which he performed some stunning things, things he almost didn't repeat in any of his proceeding seasons. I would love to see him on the Suzuki when it is time. I would hate for someone with his potential to leave MotoGP or stay at Ducati. More importantly, F@ck Ducati.

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi: 'Hard to concentrate' for poor positions

Younger riders pushing the Ducati for podiums? Not unless he is a perfect clone of Stoner. Very unlikely. Ducati wants to keep the bike in a certain way and win championships, unfortunately for them, those two things are mutually exclusive. A team that won in EVERY ERA SINCE 500CC (Vale and his crew) knows how to win. Ducati is the problem. Other riders have demonstrated this. Melandri is a world class rider, if you havent seen him race in the 990c era then do so. He was an 'alien' on a non-factory bike. He got podiums on a privateer Kawi with zero upgrades/support. The Ducati ended his MotoGP career. Look at him now in WSBK. Rossi should get out of there asap and remind the world of his prowess. For Vale's detractors, you are missing a very important point. When he deviated off track and onto the gravel in the most dangerous part of the circuit (2008) he stayed upright and made the turn, on the Yamaha. On the Dickati he crashed before even getting there.
