F1 » Webber pleased with strategy call

Mercedes looked like they were doing their homework this round, I don't suspect they will fall back too much, their straightline speed is their achilies heel, despite the nonsense the reporters keep repeating day in and day out. This isnt a few years ago with in race refueling where the merc didnt have to worry about being fuel limited, and merc seem to be carrying more drag than average. Sauber and Lotus + Ferrari will be dangerous, but as long as the merc doesnt get it's pants taken off down the straight, the merc can hold its advantage.

MotoGP » Lorenzo maintains pressure with pole, Hayden third

@benito, I remember Anthony West making Rossi look pretty poor in the wet on a green machine. The guys on the Ducati are well practiced low grip riders, the wet should be second nature to them, and the wet slicks provide closer amounts of grip vs the rest of the bikes. This is nothing surprising, If it's pooring, Hayden will probably podium if his tires manage to last.
