F1 » Vettel to get new Ferrari engine, lands grid penalty

These penalty rules are completely unnecessary and stifle competition. Along with tyre conservation and fuel conservation, powertrain conservation makes the most "careful" competitors the most likely winners. Teams and drivers at the pinnacle of the sport should be encouraged to go flat out from start to finish. That's what makes great racing. Always has, always will.
