F1 » Whitmarsh feels 'harshly treated' by FIA over Button penalty

Calvin-Don't know if it was reviewed or not. But the commentators on speed were quoting the rulebook when Button cut the corner about the confines of the racing surface. After watching the race again today, Vettel appeared over the kerb when he passed, hence off the racetrack. Vettel would have passed Button sooner or later but how could his pass be legal?.Even though he added length to the corner and did not take a shortcut he was still off the track. The only thing consistent in F1 is the inconsistency.

F1 » Button: I can't imagine driving for any other team

Norville I know you didn't mention blocking. It just seems to me that would have been the only way for Button to defend.Vettel went around the outside of Button , off the racing line . For Button to defend that he would have been blocking , way off the racing line. Granted, Massa did a good job keeping Button at bay but some of his moves were a little borderline.

F1 » Schumacher: Clearly, that was not an ideal start...

Schumacher may have nothing to prove but he is doing a lot of talking about how strong he will be this year.He holds a number of records, true ,but that counts for nothing on the track in 2011, there are no free passes for being a past champion. You Schumacher fanatics are a touchy lot.Sounds like the excuse factory will be working seven days a week this year.
