F1 » Kobayashi will be back, reckons Perez


I would love for Kobayashi to come back, but lets be realistic, in the current motorsport environment there is absolutely no way I can see him back given the current nature of the sport. @Speed Given the fact that Honda seem to be doubling down on their motorcycle racing program(s) e.g. Suzuka 8, WSBK, MotoGP, etc, there is absolutely no way I can see them coming back to F1, that is unless they can compete on the level on Ferrari, Mclaren,etc...

Of all tracks that MotoGP could run on,I would prefer to see Motegi, Le Man and Laguna Seca be dropped from the calendar while returning Suzuka and Paul Ricard to the calendar while moving the existing american round to Sonoma(In place of Laguna Seca). Overall if you were ask me, track/circuit design is an lost art and simpily because designers no longer are thinking outside of the box.

MOTOGP » MotoGP Rider of the Year vote: 8th


Alvaro is the MotoGP class version of Timo Glock --- an underrated, yet talented racer who is stuck with a more inferior machine. Put him on a high quality factory(not the factory Rizla GSV-R) and you can bet he'll be a championship material. Overall like Cruthlow, he definitely proved that satellites can be very competitive. He'res hoping we see more podiums from him on 2013 and perhaps as shot at a quality factory bike in the future.
