F1 » Minardi: Welcome to the 'Pirelli World Championship'

it is not beyond the realms of possibility for manipulation of the compound for each set of tyres appointed to each driver within each team, i understand tyres allocated for each driver for a weekend is assigned and can not be changed, Bernie (god bless his soul, up on discovery of course) is keen to crack north America and the only way to do so is close racing to keep bums on seats, that along with nature of this sport which is based on cheating to win and inconsistent ruling by the stewards that at times you wonder if there’s some one pulling the strings, should not really surprise us if it ever came to light that compounds were doctored to make the results more interesting. Also we should remember, this is now entertainment and money making industry for manufactures, team owners, drivers and the ring master Bernie.
