MotoGP » ‘Power cut’ strategy costs Lorenzo

When Rossi has issues and isn't as fast it's easy to accept as he's catching up riding the Yam after being away on the Ducati. When Jorge has problems that Rossi doesn't, it's more difficult to accept and makes you think of them as plain excuses. Was it just that he wasn't fast enough today... Interesting times seeing Jorge no longer top dog from Spain. I wonder how he will take it as posting motivational images on Twitter in the pre race build up the past 2 weeks clearly hasn't helped. Seems he's kidding himself. I'd like to see Jorge on another make as he's had it easier on the Yam his entire motogp career. P's. To see Rossi catch and pass Jorge was very pleasant. Also odd after so long.

WSBK » Matt Roberts joins Eurosport WSBK, BSB coverage

Matt couldn't even ride a motorbike until recently. Baffled how he got the bbc job. He dresses like an idiot with his shirts done up minus tie, so not pleased to have him involved. Tony Carter in person is a rude, full of himself bloke so glad he's gone. Plus he never spoke about the interesting race stuff, only about his favourite British riders, Rea more often than not. I think Hodgson is the only one who tells the truth and let's on what's actually going on in the real world. Clearly Parish and Cox are deeply unpopular and repeat themselves too much. Then there's Day who can't pronounce half the names correctly! Unless Ryder and Heuwen make a return to front Motogp best bet is to mute the commentary!

MotoGP » Rossi 'Lorenzo frustrated', Marquez 'fun is faster'

When was the last time you saw Jorge go 2 races without being on the podium without injury? Same for last time you saw neither him or Pedrosa on the podium not due to injury. I respect Lorenzo a lot, but he's had so much good luck since entering motogp, it's nice to see him have some of Rossi's fortune. Today just showed if you get away fast and make a gap then when others are circulating at a similar pace later in the race that's when you get the podiums. To clarify Rossi did what Jorge normally does today and Jorge had Valentino luck of being held up and coming mid pack. The first few laps make such a huge difference.

WSBK » Sykes completes dominant Donington double

Race 1 was the best race of the year and the best I've seen for a while. Couldnt understand why Sykes was sitting there in 10th for so long. Seriously impressive from him. Baz was also excellent although I understand he copies Toms settings a lot and clearly is a lot rougher and eager to get won over Tom, which makes Toms rides to win all the better. Tom could potentially be a 3 time world champ this year. His dominance is the first to remind me of Foggy for a Brit. Can't beat winning with the number 1 plate which many don't.

MotoGP » Aragon MotoGP - Race Results

A conspiracy theory and 12kms down says Crutchlow. Lol. What an idiot. He didn't get the factory contract with Yamaha because he slated them. He got the seat/fuel tank combo he said he needed to be fair and win, yet since the Ducats signing he hasn't beaten Rossi once. He's over rated and it'll be funny to see him nowhere next year and no doubt talking more nonsense!

WSBK » WSBK Rider of the Year vote: 6th

Im sure this guy could do a bit better if he was on a different bike like many say, but the fact is he has always crashed. A lot. He crashes too much to be a championship contender. You could also argue his wins werent outright wins as again Ten Kate tested at Assen just beforehand and at Donnington, where he benefited from Melandris ego stopping Haslam taking the win (and the double when he brake checked him in the first race). Therefore, add to this his scrappy behaviour where he took a lot of riders out this year and I think hes underachieved (against his expectations, not his teammates) and should sit lower than 6th. I dont want the best guys to disappear to Motogp (although Rea is much better than Crutchlow), so hope Honda provides a better bike in future.
