MotoGP » MotoGP Race Director talks Rossi, Marquez incident

That race was almost not enjoyable as it was clear Marquez was more stable on the old chassis and therefore you KNEW he would try something. Ie his usual dirty pass. 2013 he did 2 dirty moves on Rossi, Laguna corkscrew for exp and Rossi took it well. He needs to accept that was Rossi's learning/change implementing year and he's not someone he should just expect to pass.. I've always knew these 2 would fall out.

WSBK » Donington Park - Race results (1)

Rea is such a dirty rider. It's clear to those unbiased fans Sykes (who would be a 3 time camp without Aprilia cheating) has struggled this year with the new rules only, not because he's less of a rider than Rea. All the bsb generation now in wsb are quite similar talent wise. Sykes is the only one though who isn't a crasher. You can see Rea is just so so sore at being beaten by Sykes the past few years. They all are. Hence the school yard bullying on Twitter and all these rough passes everyone puts on Tom in the races. Rea, who nerfed off Haslam if you remember to win when he had no chance should have just taken second rather making these dirty passes. He shook his own head when he got his own medicine. What I'm seeing here is a Rossi Lorenzo repeat, with Rea just continually copying and following Tom to learn off him, then being dirty to get the win. Despite all the wins he's had this year his embarrassed and sore loser face&demeanor in the pits was hilarious.

WSBK » New WSBK champion Guintoli joins PATA Honda for 2015

What an embarrassment for the series. You have a number one that will struggle to get a podium let a lone a win! It'll be worse than Nicky Haydon in 07. Sykes was the more deserving champion. Clearly Sylvain (irrelevant whether he's a nice bloke or not) benefited more from team orders, the weather in Magny cours and a much faster bike. Remember Sykes coming from 11th to win in Donnington. His 3 doubles... Won the pole award.. Does anyone honestly believe Sylvain is the fastest or best rider? Better than Laverty? Better than Melandri who whipped him the 2nd half of the year? Fact is Sykes has lost the title twice in 3 years due to Aprilia team orders. The fact Aprilia chose not to keep him and only Honda want him shows what a joke this whole situation is.

MotoGP » MotoGP stars talk WSBK team orders

How can you say Sylvan is an unworthy champion after winning the last races. Well you can because of the huge speed difference. He's won in the wet and been given a win by his teammate. He's come 2nd to Tom the first half of the year and 2nd to his teammate the 2nd half. He is NOT the fastest or best rider. Now he's champion it's embarrassing for the championship as next year the Honda with the number 1 plate won't win a single race. Nick Haydon in 07 all over again. Sylvain was gifted a win and, Sykes a 4th. Theres a difference. Sykes was no doubt counting on Baz as part of his plan. No one wants to see team orders, but considering Biaggi won in 2012 due to them and now these guys are saying they would follow them, Sykes should have been this year's champ.

MotoGP » MotoGP stars talk WSBK team orders

From following Guintoli on Twitter it's clear he knew Tom had the title and he had to taunt him when the rain came in France, teasing he knew he's a wet weather man (getting most of his wins in the wet) while Tom had to play it safe. Then when he got the gifted win he again goaded Tom because he knew his Aprilia had a top speed advantage at Qatar (9km/hr as it turned out). You could see the embarrassment and awkwardness all over Guintoli the last few rounds being beaten by his teammate and being given results. Total cringe fest. Guintoli will be sat at home knowing he's not the best and that he got very lucky, lucky with the weather, the cancelled rounds, Baz, team orders..

If he's champion it's embarrassing for the championship as next year the Honda with the number 1 plate won't win a single race. I don't want to see team orders but Sylvan has benefitted much more from them, had the luck of bad weather past 2 rounds and cancelled rounds leaving tracks suited to the Aprilia. Anyone remember Tom coming from 11th to win in Donnington... He is a much more worthy champ. Sadly these things will be forgotten.

MotoGP » Rossi: Sepang podium long time coming

Finishing 3rd overall this year would not be very representative of his huge improvement this year over last (with double the podiums). One more and it would be his most since 09 with 13. He is guaranteed at least 3rd but I hope he does get 2nd as he deserves it. I can't say I sit with confidence he'll get a podium each race day like in past years, but he's done so well I'm actually dissapointed as he's been SO close to several more wins this year! :) - Catalunya leading for so long, Qatar, Mugello I'm convinced he'd have won with better qualifying, not to mention tyre issue in Texas, the bump from Bradl, the 2 wet gamble races and unfortunate Aragon crash. It's been a great year, but actually it could have been much much better.
