Absolute cracker drive from Webber. Would have been a fairly boring race without him!

Not a SV fan, but they seem to have put their personal differences aside for the time being. For the good of the team. Seeing them congratulate each other after wrapping up the constructers in Brazil. As much as I want Webber to take it out, hopefully they will do the right thing to give the best result to the team.

The 2010 Toyota would be designed featuring a double diffuser, which is banned for next year. The whole rear of the car would be useless. What's the point?

Butterfly - Hamilton nearly binned it at Spa, was just lucky there was a run off area, not a wall in front of him. Vettel binned it at Spa. Webber drove a faultless race and finished second. They all make mistakes. Webbers just came at the worst possible time. He should have won that race (Running second before Vettels engine went).

Just glad Vettel didn't see the finish. I think Webber has a better chance of overhauling Alonso than if Vettel had won the race. GO WEBBER!

@ Kozeykan I have been a Webber fan since day one. Being Australian I am a bit biased I guess. But your mention of last years German GP bought back good memories. Such a crushing performance, absolutely smashing the entire field even after a drive through, that wouldnt have been seen since the Schu/Ferrari days in a far superior car. That, along with the pure emotion after the race. I have only seriously followed F1 since about 2000, but I don't think I have ever seen a driver show that kind of emotion, even after winning a championship. Awesome!

Not sure why Massa is surprised, he's been the slowest of the top 3 team's drivers basically all year. Probably around a second per lap slower than a RBR driver at almost every circuit. Just status quo.

And the story is incorrect. Vettel has never lead the World Championship at any part of the season.

Perhaps the fans should buy the team. Set up a website seeking donations, $30 million would be an achievable amount to raise. The contributors become shareholders in the team. Could it really be that hard? I don't know. Sounds like a good idea though...

This week he gets penalised for the same thing he got away with at Monza. For one there needs to be more consistancy, and two, the chap needs to learn to stay between the lines.

Did Alonso take his final engine at Monza? I am intrigued to see how one engine could last 6 race distances? Didn't he blow 1 or 2 up earlier in the year too?
