F1 » OFFICIAL: Fauzy to drive for Lotus at Silverstone

This could be a way to get test drivers back into things, make it part of the regulations that a test driver has to take part in one practice session over the weekend per team. Alternate it between the regular race drivers at each event. Perhaps it has to be a driver with no race experience, so we dont end up with the likes of Fisi and Heidfeld running laps on a friday afternoon.

F1 » Kubica not aiming for Red Bull - or listening to 2011 rumours

When the going got tough, Alonso got going. Can't be blamed really. But I don't think Alonso has the personality to bring a team together to bring them foward. Ability, definately, but not the personality. I think not going to Ferrari would be the smartest move for Kubica, stick with Renault. Get the right people in, bring the team around him and the results will come. Just give it a couple of years. Hopefully he won't end up being one of those drivers who ends up stuck in crap cars for his whole career, when his ability is worthy of more.

F1 » Webber denies Kubica Monaco pole.

@ rob01, I think MW may have been checking out his own car moreso than the Renault. He did mention in the press conference that he brushed the armco fairly heavily on about his second last lap. But also prob getting a look at how the Regie uses it's tyres to try and work out a plan for tomorrow. Cannot wait, looks like another long Sunday night and tired as sh!t Monday at work.
