MotoGP » Riders want changes after ‘dangerous’ pit start

The rush for them all to change bikes and get to the front was chaotic. Maybe the rule for warm-up lap bike swaps should be that the bikes line up single file in their original grid order (with the guys on the grid ahead of course). Motorbike racing will always be dangerous, but this introduced unnecessary risk with teams and riders knowing that losing 0.1 seconds could cost them several seconds in real terms.

IndyCar » Dale Coyne Racing fined over Houston win

Joke of a system really. How can a car which completed more laps than any other NOT have cheated by having a bigger fuel tank? NASCAR is no more than WWE on wheels, does IndyCar have to be the same. In F1 it's simple, an illegal race car can't score points or results, no matter how minor. That forces everyone to do their jobs properly. Sadly we now have a talentless backmarker on the race winners' list for all eternity, when he doesn't belong there in any sense.

F1 » Massa fumes at Perez over clash

interesting, reading the race report from a supposed expert commentator in one paper, it seems that he wrote the report before the race even began! he stated that bianchi ran into the back of chilton! and also that massa ran into the back of perez as they crossed the finish line! ho hum! thank goodness that there are still a few here that look at all the facts before spouting off.
Was that David Coulthard? He assumed Bianchi was at fault before seeing the replay, despite Bianchi hitting the wall harder, despite hims tarting ahead, and despite him actually being in F1 on merit. I'm lucky I can afford Sky and sympathise with those stuck with the BBC's inferior sellout coverage.
