MotoGP » Spanish MotoGP, Jerez - Race Results

Spies on a factory bike comes in 11th. and crutchlow on a satellite one comes 4th? why? What was ben's reason this time around? I don't even care anymore. I did however say back in 2011 after one race in which he qualified 2nd or 3rd and on start dropped to 11th before first turn. I said it then, he will never be a force in MotoGp. No matter how talented he is. No talented rider in MotoGp would go from 2nd to 11th in 100 or 200 yards unless they were on a moped.

MotoGP » Chatter behind Ben Spies Qatar MotoGP misery

i have been ben's fan for about 10 yrs i waited to see him kick butt in motogp he hasn't done that yet. instead i see a lot of folks saying he should consider 4th or 5th in the championship as tremendous suuccess and be satisfied with it. i would not be and i dont think he would be satisfied with that. i dont understand why lorenzo wins and ben doesn't ? is it ben or is it his bike? why did ben once say he did not understand how jorge can go that fast? if it's his bike who makes it bad? how of two bikes that are the same one constantly comes numder 1 or 2 and the other for over a year now comes 4th or way worse? can the same bike be constantly worse for so long?

Felt sorry for Spies. People will slate him but after 2 huge crashes this weekend, his confidence was shattered.-posted by Borg lack of confidence can come about as a result of crash and also be the cause of crash. So did Ben crash cuz he had no confidence to begin with? I keep hoping ( for spies to start riding like stoner or Jlo) but i don't have much to base my hopes on anymore.

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi has metalwork removed

some people wonder why he was not prepared to ride pass the edge and throw himself into the bales like Stoner did time and again! posted by chris...good point chris. I never could understand why rossi was so bad on the duc while CS was flying on it ( except when he crashed) well if CS had been 30 and watching not to re-injure the badly broken leg would he or would he not be flying the duc as he has. we'll never know that for sure unless when he is 30 he does have a broken leg and some other 25 year old Bill or Henry will wipe the floor with him and the Bill peers will claim that their Bill is the best rider there ever was and dismiss all previous achievements by Casey.

MotoGP » Sepang Circuit issues Simoncelli statement

I want to say again what I said before after Tomizawa's accident: Dorna seems to put more effort in finding and removing unauthorized race clips on internet then making sure they come up with best possible medical attention to injured riders starting with proper care right on the track i.e. ensure that the first ones to touch the fallen rider are doctors not marshalls.

MotoGP » Serious accident for Marco Simoncelli stops Sepang MotoGP

I came across a site Mailonline. (dailymail.co.uk/sport/othersports/article-2052436/Marco-Simoncelli-dead-Malaysian-MotoGP-crash.html) (add 3 w's in front of dailymail.co...)under its "sports" tab i saw a picture from the crash that horrified me: three people are holding the front of the stretcher above ground while the rear is on the ground and they running dragging the stretcher on the ground with Marco on it. his hand hangs limp out of the side. I don't think any of them can possibly be doctors so why did they even move him? That is not the kind of medical attention that can be good in a serious race crash where a helmet came off.
