MotoGP » Marquez: Rossi is still my idol

I think there was no riding incident. Seeing that Rossi was about to leave him behind MM tried to take out his "idol' Rossi or both of them out. There is something about #93 that seems to say : "if I won't win, neither will you. Marquez's reflexes are too quick to make me fall for "accidental contact" trick. I think MM is high on riding skill but will resort to dirt where skill doesn't suffice. This was NOT the first time he showed it. I was so delighted that his attitude finally bit him in his own rear end.

MotoGP » Rossi: Marquez made a mistake

years 2013 and 2014 Marc Marquez made 0 mistakes why? I'll make just a guess: clear mind = no distracting thoughts while riding" year 2015 Marc Marquez makes 2 mistakes three races can it be his concentration is being distracted while racing? Anyway seeing someone catch up and pass him sure made it more exciting to watch then him taking a lonely win 4 seconds ahead of the rest.

MotoGP » MotoGP Argentina - Race Results

I watch tennis. I noticed that in tennis and many other sports once psychological pressure begins to mess with a player concentration, that person's performance drops . When I saw how Ducati's displaced MM from the top in preseason trials I wondered if that planted a tiny seed of concern in #93. He rode two years without a mistake and then in 2015 Qatar big mistake right of the bat.. Is he worried over repeating the success of previous 2 years when he rode like he was in the zone? , Is thinking too much not letting him stay in the zone? Just wondering? I had seen stuff like that happen a lot in tennis, psychological /pressure/distraction=loss of concentration=drop in performance. E.g. I think Ben Spies. was capable of much better riding than what was seen in his last season. he may have been the victim of thinking getting too much into his head.

MotoGP » Marquez: It's going to be an interesting championship

PorkPie April 14, 2015 12:34 PM joe850:I would rather see ANY rider give him him a run for his money. Otherwise I may as well watch rerun of any one race from the last year What do you mean a run for his money? I mean different riders beating him out of the pole on regular basis. I mean someone not fading back 4 seconds but sticking with him and beating him at the finish. I mean seeing him off the podium every now and then. Just one such occasion in Qatar and already Marc's looked of worried and concerned. So if he did not win COTA now I would be really excited to see Marc's reaction for the third race. I think if Rossi was to win 16 races out of 17 in 2015 I probably (in contradiction of myself) would call it exciting because I am a Rossi fan. And I would be just thrilled to see him wipe the floor with the rest of the field race after race and would not find it one least boring. I guess boring depends a lot on who you root for.

MotoGP » Marquez: It's going to be an interesting championship

joe850: Marc Marquez = great talent Marc Marquez leaving the field behind = boring
Would you rather he slowed down and gave them a chance? Have you watch MM ride lap after lap? How that can be called boring I don't know. He's wild.
I would rather see ANY rider give him him a run for his money. Otherwise I may as well watch rerun of any one race from the last year when race after race it was same after same, it finally gets old. No challenge. Might as well put just MM and no one else on the track watch him do flawless lap after lap. yeah... boring
