WSBK » Dorna welcomes eighth manufacturer EBR

2014 WSBK for EBR will be all about learning. then in 2015, when the EVO rules hit they will be looking alot better, as their engine is making very good power/torque when compared to the other bikes in standard trim. the engine is loosely based on the rotax twin, but has been heavily re-engineered by EBR over the last few years and almost no parts are sourced from rotax any more. it's an EBR engine now. it's also not at all related to the KTM rotax twin. i also don't like hearing time and again about 'the show'. do the riders put their lives on the line for a 'show'? they may risk injury to win, but definitely not for a show. they deserve better than that.
