MotoGP » Assen: MotoGP v WSBK

Imagin the amount of feeder championships and extra bikes on the grid it would encourage. Top BSB Team budget 2x bikes (airwaves) £3m Top AMA Team budget 2x bikes (yoshi) $2m Hell, Parkalgar Honda WSS spent £1.2m on 1 bike and rider average MotoGP satalite team budget £8m Im getting giddy over the thought of 40x 1000cc proddy/motogp bikes on a grid :p

MotoGP » Stoner: I prefer Silverstone to Donington

I agree with 1050 as I was also at the Day of Chimp's in 07. The 10-12 lads booing were Chav's not in bike gear like the majority and looked like theyd just al bought Rossi hats and t shirts from the stalls. Stoner took it on the chin and was laughing but Julian Ryder did make a meal out of it! As I recall at the time Stoner was rightfully critising Donny as it had been resurfaced and when its damp (not wet) it gets very greasy, nothing more. Any club racers or track addict that knew Donny that year would agree with me and Stoner. True bike racing fans wouldnt boo any racer (except Brookes @ Mallory :p ) Silverstone will suit the Ducati, fingers crossed for Hayden also.
