MotoGP » MotoGP Mugello - Warm-up Results

Lozzer has the race pace to win this one. Marc is going to find out just how good Jorge is. Ducatis are seriously fast but they'll drop back during the race (Ianonne got slower as the laps went on in warm up.) Rossi will give us a good race, but from 10th ??? He needs to find 4 tenths to match Marc and Jorge and I suspect that the Ducatis are going to make that a tough task. Dovi, wherever he finishes will be top Ducati.

MotoGP » Dovizioso: Our engine is incredible!

From Dovi :- “In the straight our engine is unbelievable. I was surprised this morning because first lap I was behind Lorenzo... it's nice to gain some easy tenths.” Nice touch of honesty. Fishermen should take note. It's nice to get the 2007 engine back again......will the tyres let them take advantage though ? Dovi for top Ducati finisher yet again ?

MotoGP » Fast start for Ducati’s Dovizioso

Realist.....Properly fast bikes maybe, neither were capable of winning no matter who you might put on them. Dovi got as much out of them as humanly possible. The guy is level headed, doesn't get over confident, never falls off, and always beats his team-mates. He keeps getting the shi77y end of the stick from his employers and doesn't drop his head. He gets paid less than Cal, who is the exact opposite in every way. I'm pleased that a few more take the trouble to post on his threads, maybe I haven't always been his only fan.

MotoGP » Fast start for confident Rossi

Marc did his fast lap (his next best was a few tenths slower) with Crazy Joe towing him down the straight, so Rossi reckons that he is closer to Marc than it looks. Rossi's average was a fraction faster than Marc. Means nothing in a cold FP1, let's hope it pans out in the race. Expect Dani & Lozzer to get quicker too.
