MotoGP » Rossi fancies chances at Phillip Island

He won his last championship in 2009, you don't stop knowing how to ride, it's just as you age you become a lot less daring... But me thinks he knows he has to perform better soon, and I don't know why, but I feel Rossi will give us better than his best next year.. He will want to go out with a bang, a lot depends on it and I hope he does. I respect all he's done for the sport, and it takes a lot out of someone who constantly won to now be behind the winners.. Good on him I reckon, and aside from maybe crutchlow, who (beside the top 3) could fill his shoes to do the same pace, and draw the fans? Like it or not, this sport needs Rossi as well.

MotoGP » Rossi fancies chances at Phillip Island

""Fact is he is the only person to have won on such diverse machinery right up until the clockwork computers of today."" In a recent interview with Stoner, he was again asked if he would ever come back to MotoGp, He replied he would consider it if they introduced 750cc 2 strokes or totally eliminated the Electronics. He said it's too easy now.

MotoGP » Lorenzo 'maybe contact', Marquez 'it was exciting'

The Honda has always been capable of winning, period. But when you have mid pack riders and an occasional front runner riding it, it's obvious the championships will go to Yamaha. Dovi? Nah, Pedro? Maybe, but he don't fight hard enough through the whole season. Casey won on it, and now it's being ridden hard once again by MM, @ Yes yes leave me alone. Yeah he's exciting to watch, but he's a one man show mostly.. It'd be good if there were other riders just as exciting to make it more of a show.. Once Marq does his thing it's usually over... I'd like to see the others fighting with him for longer... Rossi was like that once, biting at the heels of others.
