MOTOGP » Valentino Rossi reveals Ducati GP12

It looks to me as if the frame is now a proper job, the one they were testing with at the end of last season had all sorts of holes in it to allow pipes and wiring through. At least with this one they can build in some flex. If they can just get the front end to feel pinned a front end, breaking rider like Rossi can make up alot of ground. I think it looks great, nice and brutal and not bland.

MOTOGP » FIRST PIC: Casey Stoner’s ‘No.1’ Honda RC213V

Those people saying that Pedrosa has to deliver this year or he's out, I'm not so sure. The problem with Dani is that even though he doesn't seem to win titles, he is still firmly in the group of 4 riders who can, and as we've seen finding riders of that callibre is a rare thing. I think as things stand he will stay, but if a new alien style hotshot turns up then he'd better look to his ride, but I can't see such a rider on the horizon.

WSBK » Canepa encouraged by Red Devils speed

Niccolo still has to convince me. For a while he was the next big thing and even got rides in MotoGP, but he has never got any decent results. I asume that team managers know better than me, but I can't see why he got the attention he did. He did pretty well in Superstock so hopefully this can be a new beginning for him.

WSBK » Haslam: Big steps by ‘stronger’ BMW

We were saying exactly the same about the BMW this time last season. I don't think the problem is the riders or the bike, it's the non-bike racing philosophy at BMW. They've got a fast powerful bike, 2 of the best riders in WSBK and a good budget. Now they just have to manage the team like a bike racing team rather than an ofshoot of the BMW car racing corporate entity.

RR » Guy Martin buoyed by Tyco Suzuki deal

Conor and Hutchy are coming back from injury, McGuinness seems to be having motivation problems and Michael Dunlop may be having sponsorship problems, if Guy can't do it this year.... But if Michael can get a good ride, then he was looking really scarey and focussed in last year's RR. When Michael was behind Guy, you knew there was going to be a pass, but when Guy was behind Michael, not so much.
