MotoGP » Caught out in Qatar

What Bradley did on the Tech3 Mistral last year was pretty special, just look at what Kent and Rossi are doing this. Bradley is without doubt a world class rider and will show us by the end of the season whether he was a good choice for the Tech3 MotoGP bike. He has made a solid start (everyone crashes, you just need to learn from them) and I want to see how he improves. I'm a fan of his riding and also the way he conducts himself, it'd be a real pleasure to see him doing well, for him, and also to stuff it to all the armchair heroes who know better than Herve Poncharal. Go Brad!!

WSBK » Superstock class to be phased out?

For me, I don't care what the absolute speed of the bike is, any current production 1000 cc sports bike is plenty fast enough to go racing. I just want to see good grid numbers and the best riders. FI and MotoGP have shown us that the more cutting edge and sophisticated a machine becomes, the more they depend on the men with laptops in the pits and the less they depend on the skill and courage of the pilot. Anything which makes the machines cheaper and less complicated seems like a step in the right direction to me so I'm not against these proposals.

MotoGP » Ben Spies: The moment I decided to leave Yamaha

I really don't know why Ben is trying to stay in MotoGP, there is no racing, the pits are snobby, the grid is empty, only 2 riders have any chance of winning and the politics are horrendous. I'm sure he's made enough to retire so should have gone back to WSBK where there is a bit of passing and a rider can make the difference. I want him to do well, but on a Ducati? Dream on.
