F1 » Rosberg commands and conquers Spanish GP

Curing F1 is easy, here's how: - Reduce electronics to a bare minimum and standardise - put the control back in the drivers hands. - Restrict aerodynamics SEVERELY - allow drivers to slipstream each other - Have huge sticky slicks to give grip in corners - Use steel brake disks to increase braking zones for overtaking - Put full fat, high revving, powerful motors in the car for a bit of excitement. - Stop all pit stops - If you wanna pass you do it on track. - Stop pretending that F1 has to be 'kind to the enviroment' - this is motor racing (or should be). Or go to a bike race.

F1 » Silverstone boss: F1 not as exciting as it should be

I still don't understand why F1 fans seem so keen on pit stops - be it for fuel or tyres - this just means that if you want to get in front of someone on track you just ask the little men with laptops in the pits to arrange it so that your car gets ahead by a bit of pitstop jiggery pokery. I far prefer the bike way which is that if you want to get ahead of someone then you have to pass them - isn't that called racing?

MotoGP » Rossi: The championship is still very long!

I don't get the hysteria about the world championship going on here, we're only 3 races in and I would say that MM is in general still the faster man on the day. I agree that Vale's done well and most importantly been part of some incredible racing but I would still put MM as the favourite. We're also forgetting that Dovi is only 6 points down on an improving Duc. Remember how hard Rossi had to fight to beat Dovi in the first race when the Yamaha was sorted and the Duc had no racing under its belt? It's his best chance for years but lets leave it until Japan before talking about world championships. I'd love to see him win it though.
