He plainly didn't notice the speed advantage that Max had in PI. I'm hoping for a Sykes victory, but I reckon it'll be Biaggi, Checa, Sykes for the podium.

Good to see Gino Rea hooking it up a bit and Scott and Bradley are still staying in touch. Would like to see Scott move up the order a little but either way I'm really looking forward to Moto2 and its MotoGP support race.

If I had to choose, I'd go for the HM Plant Honda rather than the PBM Kawasaki, but if anyone can do it Shakey can, his rides on the Rizla Suzuki and Stobart Hondas were heroic. One of the most interesting rides on the grid, hope he does well.

@8 At the moment I reckon that would be Stoner or Lorenzo, but I don't mind too much who wins or if they're getting lap records, I just want people to have to work for their wins and do a bit of racing. BSB have got it right I think, I'm off to Brands to see the opener because that's going to be good!

Their 'red lines' will just destroy any racing in MotoGP. Next season I'm looking forward to Moto2, BSB, WSS, WSBK in that order. As for watching Casey Stoner become 2012 world champ, not so sure. Get rid of the damn electronics!!

Hi hope so Ross, but you're up against it: - The cars are too expensive and complex - The cars are seemingly designed so they can't pass each other - The drivers are either automatons who simply say who has done a good job after a race or rich playboys - F1 is no longer on BBC or ITV - It's been insultingly dull for years But for the sake of racing I hope it improves. World Superbikes was brilliant last weekend by the way, real men, really racing and not crying when they fall off!

@do the math I think McLaren P was more concerned for Eugen's wellbeing, but either way these guys are hard and super focussed so I can see Norge giving it a go. I just pray he doesn't fall off again. As a title contender he's got to get every last point and at least has 4 weeks before the next race.
