MotoGP » Understeer fear for Crutchlow

Honestly, yes, Cal has complained. But let's be honest, he has had reason to. I am sure he never expected to be winning races or even podiums, but to have the series of electronic and brake failures hasn't helped. Gigi, I am sure, understands Cal's annoyance. @ DamZen1 And with that in mind, Cal is probably right NOT wanting to use the soft tyre. It's pointless developing something you will/may lose shortly.

MotoGP » Understeer fear for Crutchlow

@ shuggiemac To a certain extent I agree, a VERY different bike, a whole new ball game. But at the same time, I see his point. Ducati shouldn't be resting on just being happy with using the softer tyre, even if it is allowed. And with Gigi at the helm, we all know the man can make a great bike, he is pointing out and reitterating the bikes GLARING faults so they get fixed. I hope both him and Dovi stay on at Ducati. They are polar oposites yet at Tech 3 brought REALLY exciting racing. I hope Ducati listens to their feedback and Gigi really shakes things up.

WSBK » Sykes tempers speed with caution to extend lead

@ 1moreround Sadly, I agree, Johnny's GP window has passed. He's no spring chicken, and with the other riders he'd need to fight, there is no way he'd get a competitive ride. The obvious choice would be a customer / open Honda. And there he'd be competing with the likes of Redding, Bautista, Bradl, Aoyama and Hayden. And frankly, were it 5years ago, maybe he'd stand a chance, but now? I don't think so. Too much to learn and adapt to. It's sad, because I feel even 3 or 4 years ago, he could've done it and been lightning fast.

@ MOST of the above I agree 100%. It is hugh time the Rea fans stop blaming the bike. The only reason Johnny is on the Honda is because Johnny WANTS to be on the Honda? Maybe it's not being beaten by a team mate as the only guy who can get SOMETHING out of it? Maybe it's (hopelessly) waiting for a MotoGP ride? Maybe it's complacency. I don't know. But Honda have rumoured a V4 for the last 3 years, with NO sign of it actually happening. Johnny needs to cut the ties or live with his choices, and the fans need to do the same. Kawasaki had YEARS' worth of cr@p, so they built a new bike. Good on them, anyone who hates on them for that is mental.

WSBK » Sykes tempers speed with caution to extend lead

The second race was SOOO frustrating (even though I knew he would back it off). He is managing his championship really well. We all saw what happened with Sylvain, and he had no choice, he, and the rest, had to take the risks to try and capitalise on Sykes playing it safe. A few points are better than none. Baz impressed again, great ride. And a shout out to Dave McFadden!!!! First Superstock podium. SOMEONE GIVE THAT KID A PERMANENT RIDE!!!!!
