WSBK » Form man Camier sets Phillip Island pace

@ pp916 EXACTLY!!! There was some guy on here giving WSBK flack for the SMALL field towards the end of last year, and that's EXACTLY what I told him. @ rod99 I agree there too. I think people were too harsh on Leon. As for the BEST of the Brits, not sure. He IS BRILLIANT but I think they're all pretty close. Tom still gets my vote. And I don't agree that the bike moving slows you down, look what Casey did...

MOTOGP » Dovizioso on Ducati: The bad point is now

@ herewego What you, and so many others seem to forget (or conveniently cast aside) is that Casey didn't only have the 2007 title, he also had the most wins in the 800cc era... OF ANYONE! Including Rossi, Lorenzo and Pedro on (as so many people have made clear) FAR SUPERIOR BIKES. The Ducati could win, but seeing all these other top tier riders nowhere brings into light exactly how amazing it is what Stoner did on it, specially when he got very little in way of development from Duc. (Maybe that's why he "moaned"?) Either way, Ducati need to up their game in a big way.

MOTOGP » Valencia Moto3 test times - Wednesday

@ Rahul I agree, nice to see Mahindra up there, but honestly, besides the name, there's not much Indian about them UNFORTUNATELY! Suter (chassis) is swiss, and the motor is Italian (Engine Engineering & Oral Engineering). Would like to see them give an Indian rider a shot though. Although in the same breath I dread the thought of Force India giving a ride to Karthikeyan..

MOTOGP » Staring: Daunted to confident on MotoGP debut

@ raafrebel Don't forget, before this, Staring had never really been on the Bridgestones, didn't know the track, was in a new team, on a bike that was, on average, 40kph down on the competition last year. That comes into play a lot at a track like Sepang. I don't know if they have more power than last year, I never got to watch live timing, but I think after a few more tests, with a bit of effort to sort the electronics and motor, he could do well... Pirro only got that 5th because of the weather (and partly because the lack of power made the bike easier to handle in the wet).
