WSBK » Provisional WSBK entry list revealed

@ Latofthelatebrakers Tom Sykes - For The Double. @ Bikewatch Are you serious? At least the WSBK bikes, for a large part, are technically attainable... Noone wants to watch stock, off the showroom floor bikes race. I want records, I want super speed. And I want serious adrenalin pumping racing which WSBK already has. I don't want to watch an accountant derived race series.

Rsmick You often go on about the level of the kwak, prilla and bmw. But do you really think honda (who, at one stage were running a motogp swing arm and electronics pack from HRC) and Ducati are that far behind in terms of the level of kit they're running? Even crescent are running the ohlins kit found on motogp bikes, where kawasaki are running showa (and no, I don't think that they are standard). I do think though that aprilia will struggle in 2015. BSB they were nowhere, there must be a reason they're not run in SSTK.

@ BikeWatch No, I don't think they are anywhere NEAR the stoc items. BUT, TECHNICALLy, if you have the dosh, you can build one.. CLose-ish... Ok, maybe not, but I like lying to myself. @ RSmick One should not assume.. I hate electronics. Strangely I think electronics, if anything, could be removed from the series. I actually, in a small way am FOR the series' reset. As long as they have a "clean sheet" in som easpects. I still think, even in evo spec, that the top guys now will be top then...

F1 » Magnussen tops day three as Red Bull suffers

GREAT showing from Mclaren! Please let this be a return to form. Magnussen's times are SUPER impressive (though I admit these times mean sweet precious little...) Also not surprising that he was faster than Jenson as track conditions in the afternoon would've been much better considering the cold morning temps. Also, not the first time he's driven a formula 1 car. Looking very forward to this season.

F1 » V6 noise yet to inspire

@ richard I disagree I found refueling was one of the most exciting parts of F1, allowing for lower fuel loads, higher fuel flow etc. Yes it was dangerous, but racing is dangerous. Gerhard Beregr was right, the over emphasis on safety is was is dulling the sport down. And anyone saying no one will care about the sound is dillusional. The ONLY reason I don't watch GP3 is because the cars sound disgusting!!!
