MotoGP » Ducati 'not happy' with Factory 2 development

I am VERY confused!!! I thought DORNA wanted the manufacturers to play ball and move to Open Class??? Now, Ducati do that, WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE STIPULATED RULES, and suddenly DORNA change their tune... AGAIN!!! WTF?! The whole reason Ducati went Open (as Dorna wanted), was to exploit the ability to work on / develop their engine. Now, AFTER making that decision, Dorna is amending rules??? It's not like Ducati pulled a fast one, this was mooted since last year!!! I call foul play, Dorna you bunch of GITS! CLEARLY no interest in keeping the factories competitive, they want them budget guys in there AT ANY COST!

WSBK » Sykes: Race two would have been ours

Oh come off it!!! First, he hasn't blamed anyone. He said it was a pity the suzuki caused the red flag. He was CLEARLY way faster than the guys ahead of him. The suzuki blow also lost him about 1sec that he'd almost clawed back by the red flag. And all he said about baz was that the passes were a little wreckless, which they were. If melandri had made those passes, people would be b1tch1ng on here as normal. Funny how no one is complaining about all chaz davies' excuses. .. honestly, a dud tyre in qualifying, and the first race? What would the odds of that be. @lastofthelatebreakers The stop and go style is an old argument. If it was that bad he would not have been as fast at the end of that race. His style has changed, he carries much more corner speed now. Besides, with 9 wins last year. Clearly not that big a problem

WSBK » Sykes: Race two would have been ours

@ herewego Remove the blinkers mate... Seriously. Tom didn't complain ONCE! He was asked about his thoughts and he said, were it not for the red flag, the race was his (WHICH IT CLEARLY WAS!) He even said, "but yeah, that's racing!". And i'm sorry, tough passes are great, they make things exciting, but I'm sure Kawasaki would actually quite like a manufacturers title as well... Loris can pass and pass and pass and I would enjoy every second, just don't almost take your team mate out....

F1 » Kobayashi: Caterham F1 have to be worried

@ Conger Considering Kobayashi LOST his F1 drive due to not having the financial backing other drivers had, THAT is the biggest assumption. Kobayashi is a seriously fast driver, he proved that getting the Sauber on the podium. TBH, I think this is EXACTLY what Caterham need. They need a driver who (unlike their drivers in the past) is not happy to sit back, smile, be dead thankful their money bought them a drive and say how good team spirit is and how they're "aiming for reliability". Instead they now have a driver stamping his feet, saying "THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH". Maybe that could push the team to not only aspire to something greater, but to achieve it. He realises there's a problem and he is not happy. Can't blame the guy.

WSBK » Sykes: Race two would have been ours

@ Tetley That is exactly what I find very positive from a Kawasaki fan's point of view though. They have generally battled to keep up with Aprilia / Ducati on tyre wear, and for Tom to make such massive strides in the latter stages of the second race at their worst track is VERY positive! But it has been the last three seasons that there have either been dud tyres supplied or heavy wear from the new surface. Remember Badovini injuring himself before last season's opener as well as Sykes' ribs/wrist. Not to mention Camier's MASSIVE off
