@ Firestorm I agree, but in saying that, we can't be too hard on Pirelli. They have had MINIMAL track time with relevant machinery. I actually don't see the point in this test TBH. Turbo charged motors have very different torque curves (highly relevant in tyre wear) to N/A cars. I feel they should rather had a pre-pre-season test, two days, at the track where the first official 2014 tests take place, maybe 2 - 3 weeks before the opening test (hence minimising travel costs). That way they'd be testing with the new machines, toughest conditions etc. And still have a a few weeks to tweak before the official tests. Ideal world, right...?

NOOOOO!!!!! Would it make a difference!?!?!?! (other than Scr3wing people who do consistently well year round?) STOP... FIXING... WHAT... AINT... BROKE!!!!! Stop trying to make tiny teams competitive by scr3wing the factories that are what MotoGP is SUPPOSED to be about!!! BRING THE FACTORIES BACK! Make it worth their while. Bring the BEST riders to the "Pinnacle" of motorcycle racing! (Not the BEST FUNDED).

@ KevinW Rough one... I agree, same as I disagree with the Shootout Scheme in BSB. (I SWEAR, IF DORNA TRY IMPLEMENT THAT I WILL HIRE SOMEONE DANGEROUS WITH SOMETHING DEADLY..) I like the race numbers though, and the tyre tests. I find the cost cap inconsequential as the teams that do well now have the resources to do well on a tighter budget.

It has to be Seb, I guess... Though I would not score him a ten. I still see some big flaws in his driving (ie. his attitude / temperament). Also, we have often seen that if he can't get away early, he struggles, though luckily, with the RB, he doesn't have that issue, they're a match made in heaven. Webber disappointed, Mclaren IN GENERAL disappointed, Alonso and Massa, and Sauber... Apart from Seb, the year was actually pretty disappointing. Hamilton showed some flashes of great pace, Rosberg held his own, Grosjean really took the bit in his teeth (surprisingly) and Kimi was great, until it was clear Lotus couldn't hang with the bulls (or pay him).
