F1 » Vettel 'could be one of the best of all time'

MercedesGP Fan: Vettel won in an STR when the rules allowed for sharing of everything. The STR at the time was just a repainted RBR car. Now they cannot share any data or developments and are much more separate teams, with STR having the lower budget and less able people, thus having an inferior car. Vettel also managed to crash into Webber whilst driving an STR... Behind the safety car... Until Vettel can accomplish something amazing, he'll always be good, but not great. Senna going from 8th to 1st in one wet lap at donnington is amazing, Beating everyone by a second and a half in qualifying at monaco is amazing, Lapping faster and faster in a torrential downpour in Adelaide where most other drivers retired is amazing, what has Vettel done that would be worthy of a spot on the same highlight reel? Where are his astounding overtakes, examples of his intestinal fortitude? Glimpses of a rabid competitor? He's just a fast kid in a very fast car.

F1 » Bahrain GP chairman hits out at F1 teams

"Doesn't Australia have issues with the Aborigines?" No, not really. As a section of the community many have chosen to live as traditionally as possible in the outback, as a result they do not have the facilities and healthcare enjoyed by most of the populace. However, they can vote for who they want, do what they want, when they want, wherever they want. They are supported by the government and millions of dollars are used to educate and encourage these communities. This is extremely different to government troops shooting at a community. If his nation treated it's citizens with the same care the Australian government treats the Koori people, the nation would be much better off.

F1 » Webber 'not fine' with 'don't race' order

I actually agree with DTS. Prior to Buttons season with Brawn, he was considered a bit of a joke. More playboy than racer. After getting in that car, he managed to turn it around. Even now though, I'd be hard pressed to put him in the top 5 talented drivers on the grid (For the record, I'd have Alonso, Hamilton, Vettel and Schumacher ahead of him, with Rosberg, Webber and Heidfeld on par. If Kubica didn't have his accident he'd be my fifth easily.) Regardless, Webber is a bit of an animal behind the wheel. He is one of the guys who drives better when he's angry. Button doesn't seem to get angry at all.
