MotoGP » Bradley Smith seeking to crack the one-second barrier

@ why not Rossi exposed at Ducati?? Are you smoking something? Ducati are the ones who have been exposed! Rossi is at the top on the Yamaha and Dovizioso who was fighting in the same lap times as Crutchlow last year when he was on the Yamaha is now 2 seconds behind on the Ducati! Rossi, whether you like him or not, has 9 world champions and millions of followers. That equals cash in terms of sponsors, bike sales and ticket sales. You cannot compare Smith with Rossi. Smith was in 125cc for 5 years with 3 wins and in Moto2 for the last 2 years with 0 wins. Both Rossi and Marquez have 26 wins each in the combination of those classes. Espargaro has 9 wins over the same period as Smith. The facts are the facts people. Smith did NOT deserve the Monster Tech-3 ride! Period!! :p

MotoGP » Marquez unstoppable at Austin MotoGP test

@ billie morini I agree that practice is one thing and racing another. However, Marquez has proven to be a very aggressive racer in the Moto2 series. All he needed to prove here was that he could handle the 1000cc machine vs the 600cc of the Moto2. He's done that, proved he can handle the bigger bike. Now for the racing, but I'm certain that Marquez will bring that same aggression on race day. It's going to be exciting because the top 4 MotoGP riders can all fight on the track. 2013 MotoGP is going to rock!! :)

MotoGP and World Superbikes and the TT are all dangerous. If you have a problem with the danger you should not be racing a machine that can reach over 300km/h. You are paid to win, not to just go out and ride safe. Safety is always important but the nature of this sport is dangerous. ANY overtaking with bikes that do these speeds WILL be dangerous. If you cannot handle it then I suggest you go fishing from the banks of a quiet river.

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi: Big gains, some problems remain

Whether you like Rossi or not, he brings a lot to the table. Yamaha have been without a main sponsor since he left, now they have Monster Energy sponsoring the factory team. Sales will be up on Yamaha's road bikes as well and that's world wide. Rossi will not be last, and so whatever his results are, they will be worth it for Yamaha anyway. After all the titles and race wins which he brought Yamaha, 46 race wins, he definitely "deserves" a factory Yamaha spot. It's called respect! :)

MotoGP » Marquez stays top at Austin MotoGP test

Marquez is VERY aggressive and Stoner would've been complaining a lot if he was still racing this year. Rossi on the other hand, although he's older now and I'm not sure he's as quick as he use to be, never gives up on a fight for position. Lorenzo and Pedrosa seem to give up and settle for a safe position rather than scrape fairings for one place higher, with exception now and then. Pedrosa was a lot more aggressive last year but Marquez is like a wild beast on the track, although sometimes too hard. It's going to be very interesting this year. Lorenzo and Pedrosa have really matured and they're very fast. Rossi has always been an aggressive racer and he has a point to prove while Marquez still has a lot to learn. Marquez crashed a lot at the beginning of 2011 but he did learn quickly. Stoner will be missed and it would have been interesting to see him against these guys this year :)
