WSBK » Checa on pole for Ducati 1199 debut

@Who Says: That's a very mature response "mate"! I did not mean that WSBK is a 1000cc event, but when 99% of the manufacturers are producing and racing 4 cylinder 1000cc machines then why develope a 2 cylinder 1200cc? Ducati won the WSBK championship with their 999R so it is possible. You don't have to like my opinion but have the balls to register with your name if you want to throw out insults, otherwise read and respect my opinion. It may not be right but its my opinion. I still have huge respect for Checa to be able to ride that machine and put it on pole.

MotoGP » Nicky Hayden: Ducati need something big

Guys keep pushing Stoner into the picture! I agree he rode the Ducati better than anyone, even better than Rossi. However, the problem is that the Ducati never evolved much from 2007 whereas the Japanese duo morphed into the serious race winning machinery of today! Stoner won 10 races in 2007, 6 in 2008, 4 in 2009 and only 3 in 2010. Yes, at least Stoner won races and competed at the front. But Stoner also crashed more than the other riders. Not because of his own fault but because Ducati stagnated in their production. So bringing Stoner back will achieve very little. Ducati need a kick up the rear to produce a proper race contender :?

MotoGP » Hayden frank on Ducati performance

You deserve so much more Hayden! I don't think you'll ever get the factory Honda or Yamaha rides with all the other young talent out there and up and coming, but you definitely deserve more than a Ducati! Get onto a WSBK factory bike for 2014 and start enjoying racing again! You'll be amazing in that series and you'll have fun, and when you have fun you'll start winning again :)
