MotoGP » Marquez dislocates shoulder in Silverstone warm-up

Marquez can only become a legend like Rossi if he's "lucky" enough to race the next decade without serious injury! Sometimes it's your own fault, other times there is a "Bautista" out there who can ruin it for you. At least at 20 years old his body heals faster than the guys in their 30's. I wish all the racers today a safe but exciting race. I don't mind who wins as long as it's exciting :)

MotoGP » Marquez starts Silverstone on top

@TalentFan ... I've been watching GP500 / MotoGP since the early nineties when I supported Rainey. I agree with you on a lot of aspects but what I'm saying is that Marquez is the genuine article and something very very special. Yamaha's problem is Yamaha themselves. Honda have built a better machine and Yamaha need to catch up. For sure there is a lot of politics involved in MotoGP as well and Dorna is meddling way too much. I just believe that credit is due to Marquez here. He's just phenomenal and it is great to watch. At least we are having some decent duels this year but the magic is definitely missing from the years past. I am still enjoying the show and have no plans to start watching the fishing channel yet :) haha

What a load of BS! Give Marquez the credit he deserves!! The guy is on a different level. The last race of last years Moto2 proved that. His top speed down the straight was between 5 and 10 km/h slower than the rest yet he out raced and out braked every other guy on track to go from 33 (last on the grid) to 1st to win the race. Marquez does have an excellent machine but he still needs to ride it. Pedrosa has been on the factory Honda for 8 years and has not achieved what Marquez has achieved in his rookie year. Respect to all the riders, but Marquez is something special. Rossi is 14 years older than this guy so give him a break as well. We're lucky to be watching this level of racing :)

MotoGP » Rossi talks Crutchlow Ducati move

Desh, I would agree that Stoner would win a race or two on the current Ducati. BUT ... He would also see his a** in the gravel more times because that is exactly what was happening with him in his last couple of years on the Ducati. It's NOT only race wins that make you a champion, it's the consistent podiums and the Ducati cannot give those in it's current form. Stoner is fantastic but even Stoner had a bad year in 2012 on the near perfect Honda. The Ducati however is rubbish!! You'd be an idiot to argue that fact :?
