RECOMMENDED COMMENT
7 agree.
Can't help being cynical I really can't.. Why are there more parts of the circuit named after people from MSV than people from the world of motorcycling?? A little too self-indulgent for my liking.. Walker is a must and a well deserved tribute..

Kirkham ruled out of Monday's races at Oulton Park
6 agree.
How typical that a rider comes away very lucky from a high speed crash and regrets the inconvenience to his team.. Maybe some premiership footballers should take a look at the accident and reflect on it next time they're rolling around on the floor because they've broke a nail.. John is a very lucky boy.. He knows it, we all know it.. Glad it wasn't worse.. Hope he's not hurting to much this morning..

STK1000: Marshall Neill reflects on horror crash
Get well soon fella.. Whatever it is you decide to do in the future good luck and God Bless You.. If he don't come back then my endearing memory of him will not be a race win.. It will be the extraordinary save coming out of turn one in the stockers at Donnington 2009 (I think)..

Seeley gets down to business on Tyco Suzuki
@G.O.M. Not convinced he's the real deal?? In 2007 Alastair threw his leg over a Superstock 600 at the Northwest 200 and rode it to 4th place in the race.. A lot of people who watched this race describe it as his finest performance ever..No podium?? 4th place?? Big deal?? WHY?? Coz in 5th place that day was a charging John McGuiness on a factory HM Plant Honda.. Seeleys R6 still had the key in the ignition.. Seeley didn't have a rich backer or belong to racing dynasty.. He got to BSB the hard way,on results using his talent, support from his dad Joe and a very limited budget.. Not the real deal?? If the shortsighted teams in BSB had given this guy a chance 8 or 9 years ago maybe he would be at a stage now where we could compare him to Grant eh?? But lets enjoy this guy while there's still time.. My personal favourite rider so I'm biased.. But he can do the lot, head up 4rse down slipstreaming at the Northwest 200 on SBK, SS or STK.. Won BSB STK and SS.. 3 x Podium in BSB and Rookie of

Neill: Re-signing Brookes was a top priority
1 agrees.
Phillip and Hector are no mugs.. Seems to me some of you you think they are?? Good chance in the TT.. NW200 and BSB.. How many other teams can say the same?? Bases covered I'd say.. Brookes will be there or there abouts everybody knows that..

Neill: Re-signing Brookes was a top priority
That wduld be A SCAPEGOAT not an ESCAPE GOAT surely?? We'll see come the season starting.. Nobody managed to address the Brogan point though.. And there's me think all you guys were dead against riders deliberately taking other riders out.. Silly me!! I guess it's just Brookes you don't like riding into other riders eh??

Neill: Re-signing Brookes was a top priority
3 disagree.
Brookes passed Kiyo in the air after the mountain and he's a genius.. A season later he lines up Rutter for a few laps.. Makes contact and he's a villain.. How fickle some of you on here are?? Honda had a problem with the brakes in the incident with Guinters.. They had a problem later in the year too.. I know it doesn't sui some of you to give the guy a break.. But didn't Glen Richards get seriously hurt by a similar "Brake Failure" in th same season.. Mallory incident Brookes is late on the brakes and hits the bump which sends the rear wheel airbourne.. If any of you want to see areal incident where a rider deliberately rides into another checkout Steve Brogan giving to Seeley Croft 2009 Superstock.. Stopping Seeley doing 11 in a row no whinging or b1tching from you guys then (How Strange).. Sorry forgot myself there for a minute some of you are only interested in the main class eh?? Brookes is a convenient hate figure but just for the record Brogan is English..

Anthony West secures BSB seat
@ Louth Looney.. Thanks for the support.. Just can't see how this is a good move for him?? Everything to lose and nothing to gain.. TAS have already run similar spec bikes to EVO on the roads and 3 seasons ago in BSB.. The Hondas are proven already.. Word has it the Kwak will be competitive.. Long hard season coming up for Mr West and BMW me thinks!! I'm just hoping they can get the Yamaha working as well??

Anthony West secures BSB seat
Is Westie gonna be riding the same EVO BMW that only just beat the Splilaugh Aprilia to the title 2 years ago?? And wouldn't have beat it without getting a favour in the 1st round!! If he is then he's going to need all that talent some of you guys on here seem to think he has.. Not a good move for the guy at all IMHO.. The bike will struggle against the Honda's and he doesn't know the cicuits.. I said something similar last year about a certain Mr Hopkins so I could be wrong.. But in my defence Hopkins has got a bit more about him than West.. Won't make the shootout on that bike IMHO talented od not!!!!

Noriyuki Haga to Swan Yamaha in BSB
2 agree.
2 disagree.
In the midst of celebrating a legend coming to BSB how could some of you guys still give Brookes a shooing?? What's wrong with you?? Nobody on here seriously thinks Brookes will alter his style to suit Haga do they?? The way I see it Haga is a pretty big scalp for some BSB riders to beat.. I wouldn't mind betting that's not the way Josh Brookes sees it though.. I think he will see Haga as just another rider to beat.. Like Brookes or loathe him he won't be changing..
