F1 » Pirelli promises investigation after Silverstone failures

As a tyre supplier to any race series the manufacturer should supply tyres that are fit for purpose, which quite clearly Pirelli are not capable of doing and not just in f1, in world superbikes they have had similar problems with tyres not being fit for purpose resulting in races being shortened or cancelled. It would appear moving to a single supplier for a championship has made suppliers lazy as they won't be shown up by a rival manufacturer.

MotoGP » Hayden calm over final lap clash

Dovi is getting more and more dangerous, some of the moves he pulled on Crutchlow last year were far too strong and this year appears to be no different, you shouldn't be doing that to your team mate. In qualifying he deliberately got in Barbera's way and then ran him off track just because he dared to be on the bit track Dovi wanted to be on and then kicked out at Barbera on the cool down lap but they were both penalised. Got to feel story for Hayden being his team mate.

MotoGP » Smith expects to stay at Tech 3 in 2014

@ southernx If they didn't see potential they wouldn't have signed him. Have you actually been following the racing ? You might want to compare Smith's results in moto 2 with any of the other mistral riders results as he did better than anybody else has managed. And just because my opinion (which clearly holds more value than yours) does not match yours are you seriously going to question whether or not I can ride a bike ? Qualifying for Assen must have been a fluke I suppose ? Or is he just improving as he spends more time on the bike ? Have a WORD with YOURSELF pal.

MotoGP » Smith expects to stay at Tech 3 in 2014

Bradley deserves the season to prove himself, he has made the step up fom one of the worst moto 2 bikes into the premier class. I personally think he is doing well considering the limited testing and the fact that only 6 races have been completed and he fully deserves to be where he is, as for all the people saying this rider or that rider deserves the ride more, who is to say they would be doing any better in his position.

MotoGP » Crutchlow: I could be replaced by Espargaro

@ cammyspop There may not be that much difference between cal's bike and the factory bikes but as I'm sure you're aware it's the last couple of tenths in a lap time that are hardest to find so those few differences, however small they may seem to us will make a big difference. As Cal has had a 4th and a pair of 5ths so far this season I'd say he is slightly ahead of what is expected of him this season.
