MotoGP » Austin MotoGP, COTA - Qualifying (2) Results

Marquez simply incredible but have to give credit to Yamaha, they did commendable job by reducing the gap from over 1 second to four and a half tenths. It's still a lot and Marquez should win this comfortably but behind that there should be an epic epic battle for podium places. Dani, Lorenzo and Rossi gonna swap places many times tomorrow.! @Liam48 Indeed it was Lorenzo and Rossi wasn't chuffed about it, understandable so given the gap was only .001!

MotoGP » Lorenzo: Compared to the Hondas we are struggling

I don't understand the logic behind giving Lorenzo a Honda seat. Pedrosa is the perfect foil for Marquez. He won't trouble him for victories but he'll ensure he take points off his rivals. Honda will seal the constructors championship as well as riders championship with their golden boy Marq. Adding Lorenzo to the mix just spells trouble, with both of them taking points off each other it will harm Honda's bid to win the championship.

MotoGP » Marquez harder, faster in FP2

People keep mentioning Laguna must know it was a very very tight track and the gap was never this significant. Marquez odds are ridiculously short and I think they are justified. IMO Laguna was a one off race, probably the type of battle you'll be lucky to witness one every decade or so. To have a repeat of something like that will take something very special.
