F1 » Vettel to be hit with grid penalty

No, I don't hate Vettel, that's too strong a word. I do dislike him, and it's not because he's so talented. I can appreciate the talent. I dislike him because he's the SMUG ***** in the RB garage. Shoving that finger in everyone's face. Disrespecting team orders. Believing he is bigger than the team. Karma. I'll give credit where it's due though. He hasn't tossed the toys out of the pram. Yet.

F1 » Ricciardo sure of progress against Vettel

Seriously, what else is Dan supposed to say? "I'm in awe of my team mate and will never be at his level" or.... "“I think it's still very early and obviously things have been going very well for me and I'm happy with that, I feel good behind the wheel. Confidence and everything is growing and growing, I still see progress to come from my side and then we'll see. " Let's not let facts get in the way of a good myth! FFS.

F1 » Horner plays down Vettel ‘team orders’ issue

Makes me ill seeing comments like "Vettel showed some balls, let them race etc etc"..... Aren't team orders legal? So if your team orders you to do something....well...do it. To not, shows complete contempt for the TEAM.....and management. A selfish attitude. And lets not start with "oh, but he's a racer". It's the rules of the team, and he's breaking the rules. Just like a lot of you jumped on RB for the fuel flow saga because they 'broke the rules'. Seb has demonstrated this several times over the years, none more so glaringly than the multi 21 saga at Malaysia last year. His performances have allowed him to get away with it (and dare I say Webbers nice guy attitude). As for hypocrisy (whoever mentioned it) I would say the same about any driver.

F1 » Vettel: You can’t be stupid with team-mates

Googs, completely agree with your comment. I don't want to get too excited yet and jinx a particular driver. However, the results so far have been very sweet. Nice to see the finger being kept in it's pocket. Once the playing field has been leveled a bit, and DR is still performing, well I'll be the first to shout from the rooftops. As for those saying Vettel was sportsmanlike etc..... pfft.....the bloke is nothing of the sort. He's a ruthless machine.

F1 » Ricciardo ready to take fight to Vettel

Tomco, just taking the p1ss mate. On a serious note tho, I really have not seen any evidence of him 'talking it up' etc. What a lot of you guys need to understand is he has massive media interest in him. He's a relative rookie who has just joined the current constructor and drivers championship winners. The media scrutiny would be intense. I think he's handled it admirably. Would you all be happy if everytime he's asked a question he just said 'no comment'. Fair dinkum, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't.
