MotoGP » Rossi, Marquez recall ranch race

Both of these guys are excellent ambassadors of sportsmanlike conduct. Prob why they don't mind a bit of friendly & sometimes intense competitiion. I'm sure Vale & Marc being at opposite ends of their carrers helps a little. I'm sure also Marc enjoyed seeing how much it meant to Vale winning the last race. Marc wants that feeling in the distant future when his career is in its twighlight. Love these two!!

MotoGP » Ducati confirms 'GP14.2' debut

I say let the factories develop/build their bikes in the off season, then let the riders ride them. No in-season changes. No special dispensation to a "Factory Team". At season's end, pay salaries based on results. The way it is now, only the best riders get the best bikes, leading to a repetitive podium placements & processional races. As is, we'll never be able to see who truly is "The Best Rider", or who "The Best Manufacturer" is. Of course MM, JL, VR and DP will finish ahead of their satellite counterparts. The void grows ever greater. Pinch me please, I must be dreamin!

MotoGP » Ducati confirms 'GP14.2' debut

No doubt it's got to eat up some serious $ designing/building a modern MotoGP bike. So now that they have their 1000cc bikes built, how much $ does it really cost to make a copy? Also, figure in that after a couple seasons on a machine, tweaking it here and there, how much $ does the latest bike really cost not usually being a total redesign? I'd like to see 6 bikes from each manufacturer, along with a drop in lease prices. All 6 bikes being maintained/modified identically. Dreaming again, sorry.
