MotoGP » Bautista, Suzuki head for 'very important' test

Vermeulen won a wet dry race. A win is a win in a race. but he never beat hopper over a season.Hopper battled with Rossi and Stoner in Shanghai on a slow bike on the track with the longest straight on the calendar. He made bad career moves but he is truly gifted. Lets see what happens this year in BSB. Back on topic...Do you think Bautista will finish in front of the Ducatis this year?

MotoGP » Bautista, Suzuki head for 'very important' test

You gotta admire suzuki's ducati-like dedication to a design that doesn't work. That is the least changed bike since the beginning of the 4 stroke era. It was a catastrophe then and it still is. Hopkins got 4th on it and he is talented, but thank god michelin fell flat on their faces that year.I wish Hopkins would have moved to tech 3 or a honda team instead of being number one for suckzuki. Bautista is too good for that team just like Hopkins and Kenny Jr. Why did they try to build a bike that was nothing like the other bikes they build and sell and race. How much trickles down when it has nothing similar about it to the streetbikes. Nobody will win a dry race on that thing.

MotoGP » Rossi, Hayden join fans at Ducati send-off party

Steve, Stoner was third on it in his first test and I am pretty sure not much lower than that from the first time he rode a ducati(testing). He was never 10th or 11th. Hayden has now also gone backwards on it since the Rossi changes. The crystal ball has no number 46 on it, no smoke and mirrors and no PR spin. The injury excuse will get old around LeMans thats when he will throw his toys out of the pram with Mugello coming up.Thats my crystal ball prediction

MotoGP » Rossi, Hayden join fans at Ducati send-off party

Rossi is by no means finished but he made a bad choice going to Ducrappy. If he can avoid injury and get BACK ON PROPER KIT HE MAY HAVE 2 YEARS LEFT IN HIM. Melandri went through the same dismal showing but showed on the Hayate that he still had it. Jorge had his number last year but he should have stayed on a yamaha. Even if it meant being number 2 or losing to JLo again.

MotoGP » Ducati: Our focus and commitment will be rewarded

"7WC is that more than 1" Different circumstances, different equipment, catered tires and special treatment, withholding from teammates, blah, blah, blah..... Apples and oranges my friend. But one thing that isn't... 1WC on a ducati something that stuff from the past can't give him without big time help from Dorna and Bridgestone being forced to make tires specifically for the Ducrappy that won't work on the other bikes in much the same way the hondas all had chatter in 2004 while the yamaha didn't. FOOD FOR THOUGHT.

MotoGP » Rossi: We are quite worried

Furusawa is the genius. Rossi is intelligent but he is no engineer. CRASH why did you delete my post? All it said was Biaggi finished the season 2nd place on the old version M1 that was 900cc with carburetors. It is a known fact. Does that hurt the development image of the yellow hero that turned the bike into a winner with his magic?

MotoGP » Rossi: We are quite worried

the point is rossi never has developed anything. a rider can ask for changes to a bike. But those changes are made by the engineers and verified by test riders way before someone like Rossi gets to play with them. You don't really think they are manufacturing stuff out the back of the yamaha team garage and putting it straight onto Rossi's bike do you? The changes to Rossi's first M1 were re3quested by John Kocinski and Max Biaggi but they chose to be arrogant and not do anything about it.
