MotoGP » MotoGP and CRT: Closer than you think?

Rawdawg don't tar all of us Brits with the same brush! :) I agree with you! I can't wait to see what CRTs can do in the next couple of years (2013 especially). Prototype chassis with highly tuned stock engines, sounds great to me. Hopefully we'll see some good battles among the CRT teams and hopefully they'll catch up with the slower satellite teams soon. I just want to see close racing. BSB has been the best championship for that this year. Even WSB was a bit dull.

MotoGP » Moto2: Redding sets Jerez pace on Kalex

"he cant produce consistent laps." What a stupid thing to say.. look at his performances towards the end of the first year of Moto2. Both him and Kalio struggled on their VDS Suter this year. They didn't get the support from Suter they'd paid for as Eskil was too busy in MM's garage getting paid the big bucks, hence their swift change to Kalex at the end of the season. There's barely an ounce of fat on Scotty judging by the bloody pictures he keeps posting with his top off on twitter, so I doubt he can lose weight.

I'd have though an official signing for Gino was far from a formality. Sadly, these days rides aren't given solely on merit. I'd expect he needs to be bringing in some significant money in order to get the ride. Do hope he gets it though the "Entertainer" is one of my favourite riders. He deserves a chance on a good bike so that he doesn't need to risk life and limb in order to get a good performance.

RR » 45th Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix - Preview

I was lucky enough to watch it in 2009, sat by the first corner after the start/finish straight. Easton was in a totally different league. An amazing place to watch a bike race, you can't believe how narrow it is in places, the stretch after Lisboa especially. Would love to be there again. Bonkers place Macau, tons of history mixed with a crazy number of massive Casinos! Come on the Blade! get that extra win.
